Just quit and go home 37games devs
Writing this on 16/01/24, I've been playing puzzles and chaos - frozen castle for about 4 or 5 months now, and also have played Ant Legion and Puzzles and Conquest by the devs, it's honestly a basic and not good game at all but I made a few good friends so continued to play because of that. I have now been banned 4 times since 30/12/23, all 4 bans have been for absolutely stupid reasons - called someone childish and copy pasted a message to 4 people, that's all, no offensive language or anything that any other devs would ban you for. It has now taken between 2 and 5 days each time to wait for the joke excise of game support to get back to me - they are more bothered about good feedback than actually solving the issue. I've been told the bans were a system error and that it would be looked into and sorted, still waiting and still unable to access the game. Absolute joke, avoid at all. You couldn't pay me to play another 37games game.
