Absolute crap service. I am in Canada. The Courier contacted me and the seller in China missed a comma in my address. I gave her the proper address that was 8 streets away. 4 minutes away. She said she couldn't help as it wasn't her route. 2 weeks and 20 plus communications later they still can't get me my package. The seller gave me numbers to call that just have an automated response " the number you have called cannot accept messages, GOODBYE" They keep trying to deliver after hours but they need a signature so it just keeps getting sent back to some warehouse. Now I have to cancel and order again from overseas China. I would not use this service under any circumstance.

Should be a choice of zero stars. This delivery company is complicit in scamming people. It delivers for companies that multiply your order, have confusing websites and delivers cheap items that are impossible to return. Buyer beware!! If your parcel arrives from 4px it is part of a scam!

Total Rubbish. Received 2 phone cases which were not the correct size. Scam company don't buy anything from anybody using this company.

Appears to be a scam shipping company. Could not deliver the package to a standard address they said was bad but yet I have things sent all the time. Stated it was returned to "warehouse". They do not offer any way to get the package and all methods to contact the warehouse not-so-surprisingly don't work. Hmmm...

to get your item you need to wait 3 weeks or even more.hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh never again,

My delivery experience was top-notch, especially after reading some reviews that had me worried.

I ordered from 'sunlu_official' on eBay, and they dispatched my order without delay. I placed my order on a Tuesday, and by Friday, my parcel was delivered by Yodel, a testament to their efficient delivery process.

Maybe Chinese sellers update 4px regardless of whether the parcel has been shipped from the UK or China. My parcel was shipped from Luton in the UK.

The tracking was continually updated and provided with a three-hour delivery window.

Dreadful organisation. Worse than poor quality goods and no possible return policy. Do Not Use Them !!!

Never delivered, never even bothered to try! Just pissed off with the package, which there prob. wasn't one. They are pulling this scam crap with a company on Amazon, they are called CRAZZONE CLOTHES.

Ordered a small car engine. It was described and photographed as being a fully-functional engine.

Was it feck: it was a piece of resin, about the size of an egg, painted to appear 'real', but it could not have actually worked in a million years.

Watch out : I've since learned that this is a Southall Mob in action again. Theyre coining it in with fake stuff. I don't know why they even bothered to post it !

Also - weirdly there is no trace of the purchase on my EBay. Just the debit on my bank account.

My package is stuck at customs. No one to contact not sure this is a true site. Be careful you’ll get scammed.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a dress from AZARO London which is under this company. Awful dress. Refused to give refund or return details 1. Apparently it would cost me too much to return overseas 2. They can’t refund because they have fees to pay. Awful company stay clear

Fraudulent logistic services! Do not shop in any sites that use 4px as logistic solution! They are scamming you! If the merchant doesn't disclose the logistic company, or he uses 4px, cancel order immediately! This is pure scam and fraud! They should be criminaly charged in my opinion!

Ok I ordered a dress for my birthday from a website called Lasaky and they used 4PX shipping. I DID get my dress, but the shipping was HORRIBLE!! I tracked my order on Lasaky and Shop. Shop told me my package had been in China at a sorting center for almost a WEEK, then overnight it was in New Jersey, the a couple days later it was out for delivery to my house. I kept an eye on the tracking till it said it was delivered so I went to my mailbox. Nothing. I then checked Lasaky who also said it was delivered. Nope. I downloaded a third tracking app called Parcel that said it was delivered, but to some random street in my city in front of a parking garage… what??. And 4PX said it was delivered also. It. Was. Not. So I message Lasaky customer support support who don’t answer very hastily, and they sent me a photo of it IN MY MAILBOX! So now I’m thinking I’m mental or my package has been stolen. Since this whole so called “delivered” fiasco about 3 days has passed after I got that photo from Lasaky with the package in my mailbox I thought I’d go look around one more time to see if MAYBE somehow I missed it. I knew I wasn’t crazy there was nothing there so I head back into my house when who shows up? The mailman. He throws the mail in the box and leaves so I go to get it. And guess what? There’s the dress. Yup. He delivered it the minute I decided to cut my loses and give up. I have no clue where Lasaky got a photo of MY mailbox with my package sitting in it when I watched the mailman out it in there 3 days after you said it was supposedly delivered. My experience with Lasaky and 4PX shipping was a fever dream. So I say that to say this, yes you should receive your package but you’ll go through a mental crisis thinking you’ve lost your god forsaken mind before you get it.

They always failed to deliver my packages and always said my address was incorrect, even though I got the right address. Worst Delivery service. Big scam.

This "delivery person" THREW my package containing very fragile contents like a softball onto my front porch. Do NOT use this delivery service if you want to receive your goods in working order. I am disgusted! I have the video of this person destroying my purchase.

Please don’t ever ship with 4PX. I ordered a couch a month ago & it’s still stuck in transit. Literally the worst shipment ever! It’s definitely a scam!

Waited 95 days for a package that hasn’t arrived and emailed then multiple times regarding it with no response. They also cant be contacted via phone number. Avoid at all cost and use any other method. Had to consult seller just to find out that the package is expired
