I ordered the Tactical V5 watch but was sent a Zeblaze which is half the price and not of the same quality. I have emailed several times and having now read reviews about the company I wished I had never ordered the watch in the first place. I have had no response and don’t expect one! This is the first and last time I have ordered something online as I have wasted my money on rubbish.

I ordered a Tactical V5 smartwatch from an advert in the Telegraph. Two emails in quick succession confirmed the product I had ordered. The product delivered was a much cheaper smartwatch worth roughly half what I had paid. The company cannot be contacted on either the US or British telephone number for which the pre-recorded message is identical, saying they are too busy to take my call and to contact them via their website. Which I have done but without any acknowledgement of my email.
Having come across the uniformly appalling reviews on Trustpilot I have referred this transaction to Paypal.
Potential customers should think very carefully before dealing with this company.

Do not buy anything from Adogadget
Do not buy anything from Adogadget. What they sent me was not what I ordered. In addition it was defective. Still fighting them about the return because they want me to pay for the postage. If is not in spec or is defective, I don't see why I should be penalized. Now in the hands of my credit card company.

No refund, returnprocess is fake.
The quality of the ordered product was very bad, so I returned it to get my money back.
But they did not collect the package from the postoffice. And if they have not the goods, they do not refund. So meanwhile the package again is at my place, i paid shipmentfee and still have not my refund.
The emails sound nice and trustworthy, but in the end the returnproces sucks.
So only buy things you know for sure you keep.
