Never received my product and conflict…
Never received my product and conflict on delivery time. One delivery time states 24-48 hours then the other states August 8th which is 4 months away. Their shipping is done by Colissimo whatever that is cause there is not shipping info and the Colissimo email is in french or german and I cannot understand. I have already file a dispute with my Bank

Not worth paying express delivery!
Second time it happens; I paid the £10 extra for express delivery and did not receive my order within the promised 24/48 hour gap. Extremely disappointing.

In accordance with our transport policy DHL has met the delivery deadline with exquisiteness. Let's look at the chronology of the shipment, taking into account that:
Express package deliveries are made in 24/48 hours excluding weekend or holidays.
Our company is closed from Friday at 1:30 p.m. until Monday at 9:00 a.m.
. Wednesday 14 - 12h42 - confirmation and payment of the order
. Thursday 15 - festive in almost all of Europe- (Catholic holiday)
. Friday 16 - real day shipping with DHL
. Saturday 17-weekend - there is no transport activity
. Sunday 18th. idem
. Monday 19 - 12h26 - delivery made in 1 day and a half
