Elsie Arredondo was able to provide my family with verbal appraisals for the artwork in my mother's estate. We were a bit scattered due to legal demands on us but Elsie was kind and flexible. She enabled a timely and highly competent appraisal. Later, when I had a few questions about shipping and auction houses, I was grateful for Elsie's continuing support.
