outstanding, pioneering, and kind

enable net is a wonderful company that does good, actually cares, and delivers outstanding service. i wish there was a model like this for all utilities because it truly is the future. i'm so proud to be a part of their journey and joining a force that does things differently, with people and planet at the heart. i've only ever had one issue that was caused by a problem outside of enable's control. i called the company and was humbled to get through to the owner rob himself who was incredible. he found out what the issue was, followed up with me over the weekend, and kept me informed every step of the way. it was a stand out and lovely customer service experience. i would wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone, they are doing fabulous things.

EnableNet is internet how it should be done

Rob Flanagan's EnableNet is internet how it should be done.
I can understand some people might have reservations about going with a small company but let me tell you, if you're still throwing money at big providers you don't know what you're missing.
A few months after my contract started, the wind blew something into the fiber junction box on my house and broke the cable.
Now, in the past with these kinds of situations I've wasted hours of my life on hold to speak to some jaded call centre employee who doesn't care about my problem.
With EnableNet, I send them one email and I get a reply within the hour FROM ROB HIMSELF telling me he's already booked an engineer for a repair. Have you ever had a problem with your Virgin Media internet and had Richard Branson email you telling you he's dealing with your issue personally? No. Didn't think so.
Plus EnableNet don't lock you into ridiculously long contracts and constantly try to upsell you garbage TV subscriptions and whatever else.
And the connection has been absolutely solid. It's supplied by OpenReach so it's using the same infrastructure as all the other broadband providers anyway.
And when you think about it, why should internet service provision be restricted to the multi billion pound corporations we all know are dodging their taxes and selling our personal information? It hasn't worked for water, gas or electricity so why would it work for internet?
EnableNet is not only a great ISP but a model for the direction in which we need to take all of our utility provision. The fact that he's using his profits to provide internet to the needy is just the cherry on top of the cake.
Well done Rob. Keep up the good work.

Small enough to care, Big enough to cope

Looking for broadband, then take a look at enablenet, not only do they provide great Internet but support a great cause with people that cannot afford it. Professional set up, excellent service. After placing my order the installation for full fibre was complete within the date specified and no issues. I would and will recommend enablenet to everyone.

A truly fantastic company!

A truly fantastic company!

We had given up on broadband after some horrendous experiences with BT, but Rob was adamant he could get us hooked up and back on track - and he was a man of his word!

EnableNet dealt with all the engagement and set up arrangements and we now have a stable, secure broadband line to service our foodbank farm and community hub.

Great company, great service, and they are a social enterprise too! What's not to like?!?

Brilliant Broadband Supplier

So glad that I happened to meet Rob the founder of EnableNet.

Not only am I now saving £23 a month on what I was paying for Broadband, I'm also getting reliable 3 times faster connectivity!!

With the added bonus that EnableNet’s ethos is to give back 1 in 10 of its sold residential broadband packages to communities or individuals who otherwise couldn’t afford it ❤️

EnableNet dealt with the whole process quickly and professionally, which made it so easy to do.

Thanks Rob, Total win win for everyone.

Fantastic Customer Service, Superfast Speeds, and, Amazing Ethos!!

Over the moon, with the service, I have received from EnableNet, the customer service received is outstanding it makes you feel valued as a customer. I love how EnableNet is so community-driven and wants to create internet access for everyone by donating internet packages to charities and into communities. The process of switching was easy and you are kept well informed of what is happening which I love! Didn't have to think twice about switching providers the thought of having superfast internet while supporting your community and charities is great! Glad to be ‘doing internet differently’ in 2022. Highly recommend!!

Top service, top people, internet for all!

Really like the message behind the company, and was easily swayed into changing from previous (massive) supplier who appeared inept with customer data. Rob and co were quick to fix me up with a router and organised all of the switchover for me. I missed the delivery of the first router they sent but the very next day after explaining the mis-hap I had another dropped off by them which was particularly nice. Finally, when the switchover date arrived, a silly technical issue was rapidly resolved within minutes of me making them aware of the issue (which wouldn't have occurred if I'd not messed up taking receipt of the first router they'd sent). Top people, top service, nice fast speeds, and making me feel like a valued customer makes them super easy to recommend, and their commitment to helping others less fortunate sits really well with me.

Flawless

Migrated over from Zen Internet because EnableNet is a social enterprise and the process couldn't have been smoother. Communication throughout was great, it was a seamless migration (very important because I'm working from home!), and both speed and stability have been fantastic. Anyone looking for quality broadband (that also gives back to the community) should give them a go. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic service from EnableNet!

We recently switched our broadband provider to EnableNet and could not be more pleased with the service provided. The lovely folks in customer service guided us through the available packages to ensure we got the best fit for us and dealt with the entire switching process on our behalf, so smooth and completely stress free!

Would 100% recommend to all!

EnableNet is a great company

EnableNet is a great company to engage with.
I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for broadband.

On top of that they are the only one who provide broadband that helps low income families.

Fantastic experience with Enablenet

We were looking for a new broadband contract, and a friend recommended Enablenet. We're so glad we gave them a try.

The transfer from our last provider was a breeze, as Enablenet took care of everything for us. Their customer service is quite simply second to none, and the fibre connection has been lightning-fast and always-on, as promised. We're also very happy with the price, and the knowledge we're helping others who are in less fortunate circumstances than our own.

We have been extremely impressed with every aspect of Enablenet, and we would recommend them without hesitation.
