Excellent customer service. After realising they had sent me the wrong box the day before my husband’s birthday, I contacted them and they sent out the correct box, next day delivery and it arrived on time. Lush cocktails too. Highly recommend

This was my first order and I purchased 2 gifts. 1 was great. The other came in a damaged box (which I’d paid £5 for) I contacted them straight away and they blamed Royal Mail even though it was quite clear the box was damaged before it was sent (it was ripped along where it bends to open.) They sent out a replacement box on a 24 hour tracked delivery and said I’d get it the next day however currently it still hasn’t arrived. They also forgot to add an item which I advised them of on the 19th and even though they are advertising that you can order upto 21st and still get it by Christmas they chose to refund me instead. I have to wait upto 10 days to get that refund though. So my friend got a gift in a damaged box with a missing item. Very disappointed, won’t be coming back and definitely wouldn’t recommend. I will say that their customer service was prompt but that’s the only positive.

So disappointed with my delivery.
The items inside were great but the “Happy Birthday” box I had paid extra for arrived damaged. I made contact immediately and after a few hours had a response to say they were sorry and they would send another box. Unfortunately this was no good to me as I had ordered in time for a friends birthday that was on the same day as the item delivered.
When I made management aware they said sorry nothing they could do as they had posted the replacement box - there was a couple of hours between responses.
Will not use again

Ordered a birthday box yesterday (very last minute) for my mother in laws birthday today. I didn't expect it to arrive today but it has and it is beautiful.
