This company is a fraud!! DO NOT order from them! They sent me a bent and broken light and another that is not the correct size. When I contacted them they said they would replace the lights and said they would ship them and I can never get ahold of them after that so I paid them a bunch of money for bad lights!!!!! Terrible company!!!
Ordered after coming across their instagram. Paid for expedited shipping. Was told it would arrive in two weeks and we’ve been waiting for nearly a month. I’ve been calling and texting. I received an answer to a call once and they hung up. I received a text saying “can I call you later?” and never received a call. Total scammers
i have been waiting over a month for my products and never received them. Emailed them and they said they are working on shipping the items - still no word. If it does not come by next week I will dispute the charges to my account.
Ordered directly from the company's website. Didn't hear from them for weeks. Checked on my order several times and they kept saying they were shipping it. Started calling them to follow up and they stopped answering. Won't return my calls. Won't return my emails. I never received my chandelier I ordered. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and would like to warn others before they purchase from this company (they are also on Etsy).
