We had an old phone system so when it came up for renewal I contacted Enconvo just to enquire what telephone systems were around before simply renewing the contract. There was no pushy sales whatsoever and they gave us all the options. We upgraded the new system and all correspondence and installation was first class. VERY happy with new phones. Would highly recommend Enconvo.

We have used Enconvo for a number of our businesses now and they never let us down. Follow-Up to Fault Reported on 11 December 2025
This review is to follow up on a fault I reported on 11 December 2025. Today, 18 December 2025, after repeatedly insisting that an engineer attend the site, an engineer finally arrived with replacement phones that had only arrived today.
I am glad I insisted on a site visit, as it became clear that the issue was not the phones, despite being told by the back-office team that it was. As I originally suggested, the real fault was with the router supplied by Enconvo, which had failed and was blocking the IP address of the phone system.
While I understand that much of the troubleshooting can be done remotely or from staff working from home, this is not a substitute for face-to-face support, especially when our business phone system has been down for over a week.
Thankfully, the attending engineer, Dan, had a spare router. Although it was not the correct model, it allowed us to get back up and running. Dan was professional, patient, and thorough, taking the time to ensure everything was working correctly. I am very grateful for his efforts. Thank you, Dan; your resolution was greatly appreciated.
I would also like to thank Kerry and Chloe in Customer Service for their understanding and assistance in helping to resolve the issue, although the process took far longer than it should have.
Feedback for improvement:
Communication must be significantly better. There were three days with no updates at all, which is unacceptable when a critical service is down.
Customers should be listened to. I clearly stated that the phones were not the issue, yet this was repeatedly insisted upon. Ultimately, I was correct, and the router was at fault.
Access to after-sales support needs improvement. When I attempted to call again today, I was left on hold for over 10 minutes and eventually gave up. This is unacceptable.
You are a communications company, and your customer service performance should reflect efficiency, responsiveness, and clear communication.

Not great, not reliable.
I have 2 handsets for my institution and both constant switch between on/offline.
Enconvo do not monitor the services they charge for, so it's pot-luck if the service is running when you need it.
Made worse further still as an offline phone does not collect voicemail - so valuable calls are simply lost.
If I'd known this before I would have chosen a different supplier.
Very unhappy.

Enconvo are, without question, the most incompetent and unreliable company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They handle the phone lines for my business, and for weeks now our phones have been unable to make or receive calls. As a result, we’ve lost multiple clients and suffered significant loss of earnings, all because of their complete inability to provide even the most basic level of service.
Their communication is absolutely non-existent. They never return calls, never follow up, and when you do finally get through to someone, it’s the same empty excuses and broken promises on repeat. Nothing ever gets resolved. Day after day, it’s the same technical failures, the same lack of accountability, and the same utter disregard for their customers.
For a business that claims to manage phone systems, they are a total embarrassment. The service is shocking, the support is useless, and the attitude towards clients is disgraceful. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend Enconvo to anyone, not even as a last resort.
If you value your time, your clients, or your business reputation, stay as far away from Enconvo as possible.

Jenson (Customer Service) was great, very helpful and with very polite manners. Helped me with a lot of questions that i have and gave me all the answers. Jenson has patience and reflects that he is very committed to his job. I am a nearly new customer but have no faults so far.

The worst IT company ever, lost 25% of our company data, they are still trying to deny, defect, lie through back of their teeth, they are trying to blame customer for their professional negligence, and will never owe up to any of their mistakes.
Disgusting company, do not waste any of your penny on those people, all they know is sale, sale sale, and I want to let this disgusting, hishonest company know, we will fight till the end, we will see you in court ! And I will publish the court result on all news media to show that you are 1000 worse than Royal Mail's Horizan scandal, you are bunch of liars, deniers, waste of space. Change of 3 trading names in space of 3 years tells your all about them, their reputation was sooo bad, they had to rebrand 3 times in 3 years. I will have my day in court, with you, hold you accountable for what you did ! See you soon !
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They lock you into 5 year contracts, make you pay for mobile and landline calls, high lease fees, increase their rates and don't offer any support when you need it. Their system are outdated and their customer service is shocking. It's very ironic for a telecoms company to not be able to communicate effectively with their customers and completely ignore you. I've been in business for 14 years and this has been one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with and probably one of the worst business decisions I've ever made. I had an account review 2 weeks ago, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was promised a full new proposal the following day. A week passed so I followed up, was given an apology and told it would be sent straight away. Another week on still nothing, even after you give them a chance to redeem themselves they still let themselves down. I have emailed a complaint and a request to terminate my account early, if they don't comply I will be seeking legal advice and be contacting the Ombudsmen.

Service is shocking, customer care factor is appalling and the communication is non existent. Also this company don't no Ofcom regs or any regs in that matter. The customer services will put barrels in place if you want to talk to senior managers of put a complaint in which there are not aloud to do under TCF regs.
