They took forever to ship my order and now it’s been 1.5 months since they shipped it and on the tracking it’s not moved in almost a month and they will not refund me or ship a new order or do anything. They keep saying the shipping will be updated soon. It’s been a month and it hasn’t moved from Las Vegas so it’s clearly a lost package but they are just trying to delay me. It’s a scam!!! Do not order from this place!!! Horrible customer service!!!!

I placed an order 8/19/2023 for 2 pair if Adjustable straight Fit Cargo Pants and I have not received my package yet. This is a FRAUD company, DO NOT order from them

This company is totally bull. DO NOT order fromt them. I ordered two pairs of pants on August 3 of 2023. I tracked them from Poland all the way to North Dakota (I live in indiana) then the number stopped working. For an entire month I have contacted them to update and the stupid robot just tells me to be patient. The website says after 60 days with no items they will give you your money back. Fast forward to today October 5, still no item, multiple emails, no response and no money back. Total bull. There's $66 down the drain and nothing to show for it. I hate scammers.

It took 3 months for the pants to arrive. Initially, I could track a package that departed Italy and made it to customs in Miami, then nothing. So after 6 weeks, I contacted customer service who gave me a new tracking number. This one showed a new order that was created in China the day prior! That package made it to customs, and again nothing for 3 weeks, so I again contacted customer service. Again I was told to wait until it arrived and return the item if I was not satisfied...cannot return what doesn't arrive. To my surprise, even though tracking did not update, the pants arrived after 3 months.
They are lightweight, great light grey color, definately NOT 34"long but just long enough, but the adjustable buckle is sewn in backwards and does not have an adjustable slide. Therefore they do not work and the waist to too large. Customer service is useless, so I am not attempting a return. I'll get them altered instead with proper sliding buckles.

I purchased two pairs of cargo pants from this company. It took a long time for them to arrive. They did not fit properly. I tried to return. It was very difficult to reach anyone about the matter. There was no SKU included in the packaging, which apparently they required for any reimbursement or return. They denied any return despite email confirmation of the purchase and delivery. The pants were not the value I would’ve thought for the money paid, and they were for smaller than expected. I will have to find someone to donate them to.

I'm glad I researched this company. I almost bought a pair of those cargo pants today but the website wasn't acting right so I felt it was suspicious so I backed out of it. Now they're sending me emails with 10% 20% 30% of 50% off if I just finished the order. I am not going to buy from this company and I'm glad I read all these posts it really helped a lot. I tried to email them at support and ask them what country these come from and they directed me to a automated online system for issues or questions which none of them covered what country they came from. And when I tried to use the chat bot they wouldn't talk to me because I don't have an order in yet so I never did find out where these pants come from but I know where my money is it's staying in my bank account

Do NOT buy from this company. Scammers. Pants don't fit to American sizes. Refuse after 6 written emails to give shipping label to return. They said shipping back is expensive and I should just give the pants away to someone. Who are these people??? Then they offered me a whopping $5.00 compensation. I'm still dealing with them and they refuse to give me a refund or return shipping label. Total scam. Stay away. I wish I had seen these reviews.

So ordered 3 pair of cargo pants in July of 2023 they issued a tracking number which when checked started in Morgantown then went all the way to the west coast namely California then up the west coast to Victoria, British Columbia however I live in Ontario Canada...not happy with how they have apparently shipped and yet have been supposedly sitting in Victoria, BC for almost a month will never order from this Company again!!

I purchased a pair of Adjustable Straight Fit Cargo Pants using the size chart provided.
The pants took 3 months to arrive, and when I put them on, they sit 7cm above my ankle bone (with no hem to make them longer).
I provided photos and requested a refund, to which Encouragey responded with:

We ship to you according to your order size
If it doesn’t fit, you can give it to someone else or buy another size
After all, returning the shipping cost you have to pay is not very cost-effective.

I have tried repeatedly to obtain a return address so I can calculate the shipping cost for myself, but they refuse to provide the information. Instead they have offered a reimbursement of $3 USD "as compensation" and I get to keep the product. RIDICULOUS!

I ordered two pairs of pants from Encouragey. The amount listed in the confirmation email and what was charged to my credit card was about $25 more. Their customer service contact path is nonexistent basically and it’s impossible to cancel your order. Encouragey is a scam!

7 weeks still no order. Nothing but computerized generic responses. Recievec a few shipment updates in the beginning now nothing. Now they are saying they were just shipped. Liars and scam artists.

Absolute SCAM. The pants I got literally had one leg shorter than the other. Horrible quality and unable to return them. They'll offer you a $2 credit on your next order. Do not order from this company.

What went wrong this time:
1. We purchased apprx $120.00 worth of clothing that does not fit.
2. We placed the order using the size chart provided. It took 4 months to receive, and the pants were to short for everyone in our family.
3. We requested a refund. And after weeks of emailing and providing pictures, instead of a refund we received advice to give the the merchandise away. No refund would be granted.
Positive Note: At least they replied to the email.
Recommendation on how company can improve: Provide accurate size chart.
Provide refund if items do not fit or at least offer store credit for future orders.

This company is obviously a complete scam. I've been waiting a month for my item and it is still not here, despite the fact that I paid for 5-7 day shipping. The best part of all is that the "customer service" is a complete joke. It is an animated message that tells you to "wait patiently" for your package - they won't actually send your complaint to a real person or do ANYTHING to help. They just want to steal your money.

they would not give me a refund for pants I ordered because the do not fit and sugeested I gift them to someone else

Poor quality, horrible customer service (probably automated replies), and refusing to provide returning address even thought their website states: "30-days satisfaction guarantee with money back” and “100% simple & risk-free purchase.

Same as everyone else is reporting. My wife order pants, took almost 3 months to arrive and they're awful quality. Also see-through. They refuse to honor their return policy. Here's some advice to people having the same problem, contact your bank and process a chargeback. When money starts to get ripped away from them, they'll change their tune.

Poor service and bogus claims from the beginning!
Took forever to get the 2 pants I ordered and I believe I only received them over 2 months later because I complained about it. Once I got the pants they did not fit based on the size ordered and they are 3 inches above my ankles! I tried to return and they said I couldn't return because they sent me what I ordered??? When I tried to go onto their site, it says we are CLOSED! YES SERIOUSLY! It says "The store is currently closed. Please contact the store administrator to open the store.". No more words but a lesson learned. No more ordered from any social media sites.

I waited weeks for my order. I was overcharged. My order finally arrived and was not the size I ordered. The customer service is an automated system that was no help at all. Save yourself money and headaches and stay away from this company!
