encryptwallet.io a scammer or legit?

this website's rep called me and said they found money that belonged to me in the Blockchain and offered to help me retrieve it. After I sent in funds for authorization two times to their platform, I still could not retrieve all my money. I was informed that I have to send more money for authorization before my funds can be deposited into my assigned wallet address. I told them there were no more funds that could be sent. They tried to apply for a loan to fund the authorization, but failed. They still can not get my funds deposited into my wallet address after three days of my first deposit into this platform. I can not get a refund of My money deposited into their platform's wallet address. They assumed that I was a scammer who was trying to get this money which may not belong to me. Why they asked me to pay the authorization fee to retrieve this money if they thought that I was a scammer? I am afraid that I can not get the refund of the two deposits that I made to their wallet address.
