I had Paul Judge as my Assessor for my Level 7 Senior Construction Management qualification, and I honestly could not have asked for better support throughout the course.

Paul is an absolute professional but also just a genuinely lovely bloke to deal with. From day one, he made everything feel manageable. The Level 7 can be quite intense, especially when you’re juggling a full time role in construction, but Paul broke everything down in a way that made it clear, practical, and easy to understand.

What really stood out was how he helped me truly understand what I was doing, rather than just ticking boxes to pass assignments. He challenged me when needed, gave constructive feedback, and always explained the reasoning behind things so I could apply it properly in my day to day role.

He was approachable, supportive, and always willing to jump on a call if something needed talking through. That level of engagement made a huge difference and kept the momentum going.

I would highly recommend Paul to anyone undertaking their Level 7. He makes what could feel overwhelming actually feel achievable.

I used Endeavour to complete my NVQ Level 7 and CIOB and got it done in roughly 5 months. Their support was genuinely proactive regular check-ins, clear direction on what evidence was needed, and quick turnaround whenever I sent work over.
This isn’t a “good luck, see you in 6 months” provider they keep pace, keep you accountable, and make the process straightforward if you’re willing to put the hours in (I don’t sleep… they still kept up).
Highly recommend to anyone serious about getting qualified properly and quickly.

I recently completed my NVQ Level 6 CSM with Endeavour Training and very happy with my experience.
The enrollment process was smooth and straightforward with responsive team assistance.
My assesor Gary kidd provides excellent guidance and ensuring each unit objectives are achieved, helping to build more confidence. The admin team especially Sacha Dewey maintained consistent response and helpful at every stage. I also appreciated interactive feedbacks and support through head of training, Paul Kent which added more value to my experience. From the telephone call, enrolment signing up process and tutoring, I could not ask for better guidance. The admin process was easy with payement stages, Gary, the tutor was very helpful and explained everything in detail. If you need any NVQ assistance pick up the phone and give them a call.

I got a little lost on the way doing this training but my assessor was absolutely amazing. At the start it was quite overwhelming, but I was guided through everything from start to finish and the support was great. I wasn't rushed, or made to feel like a number.
