A pleasure shopping with endless guidance

Horrible experience with this company. Ordered 2 items at the beginning of December. Was getting close to Christmas and nothing had arrived. After multiple emails nothing until I threatened them with talking to the bank for a refund. I got one reply and then nothing again. Finally the items arrived after Christmas and they where of a terrible quality compared to the advertised product. Never use this terrible company. One of the worst I've had the displeasure in using.

Recommended by a friend who is a big crystal collector and glad I trusted them. The free delivery service was express and it arrived beautifully packaged with lovely attention to detail including stickers, cards, gift wrapping and just overall very well presented. My experience was joyful and positive with this company, a truly wonderful crystal gift shop with expertise in the properties and meanings of crystals.

Shocking customer service. I placed a substantial order and one of the lamps was faulty. I returned it requesting a refund in line with my consumer rights and had no response to several emails. I know they have received the lamp I returned as the package was tracked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

121 pounds spent on 3rd of November. 20.dec still not arrived. promising to investigate and nothing happens. No money back, they don't care about their customers. Do not buy, do not waste your money there.

The quality of the crystals from this shop are by far the best value for money I have experienced in my time of crystal collecting. Arrive in beautifully gift wrapped condition and look exactly as shown on their instagram profile. I will be using again in near future.

Really disappointing, I bought a guardian angel for a close friend on the 27th November and after a week I chased up why it had not been sent 5/12, explained why I needed it to be sent out and on the 8th I was assured that it was being expedited. I chased on the 15 December and no response so I have asked for a rebate.
