Been looking for this my whole myopic life!

I cannot tell you how happy I was to discover Endmyopia. Ever since I started wearing glasses in my early teens I've had a feeling that something was wrong with that, that there must be a way to reverse myopia. I've tried various methods throughout my life, including Bates, but didn't see much improvement and it felt like too much work.

Enter Jake and Endmyopia. From the first glance I was totally impressed by the amount of research and in-depth information about eyesight and practical steps towards consistent vision improvement. I learned different ways to measure my own eyesight and life-changing habits to implement that seamlessly integrated into my life.

Most importantly, it works! In the first 3 months my vision improved by 1.25 diopters, and it continues improving steadily. When you get the basics, the process is actually very simple and straightforward. Change habits, lower prescription for closeup, active focus. The most exciting part for me is ordering the next lower prescription glasses!

Also, I totally recommend the paid version, BackTo2020. All the material is laid out in order so that you implement changes step by step and don't get overwhelmed. And Jake is always available to answer questions. He's a very cool and quirky dude who's genuinely passionate about helping people reverse myopia.

If you want to stop being dependent on retail optometry and get your sight back, this is the best way to do it.

Do you know why you have glasses?

If you too find it suspicious that the only treatment you are given when your eyesight gets worse are stronger glasses, take a look at Endmyopia. You will learn things!

Awesome and genuine.

He is a great guy telling us how to improve and what habits we should pick up as we are embarking on this journey to regain our clear vision. I improved from -2.00 to -1.00 in a year. I am currently doing active focus in my new prescription -0.75 and it is working good for me. I hope to be reducing my prescription again soon to -0.5 as I haven't got that much blur challenge to go and i have been wearing my -0.75 glasses for nearly 6 months.

I started from Right Eye -0,75 (-0,25), Left Eye -1 (-0,25),

I started from :
-1 Right eye, -0,75 Left eye, with - 0,25 astigmatisme.

I had y frist glasses 10 years ago when I started playing on video games and use computers, I havent noticed that my eysight is decreasing (myopia is not a disease).

The first -0,25 for each eyes felt weird, even i could see clear it felt not normal, and because i wans't interested into having glasses on my face even to see further (i lived in the bottom of a moutain and the landscape were far : when you gaze at a further point you do not have to see details). Since that first glasses i have been lazy and i did not wear the glasses all the time, even though i notice my vision going dow, very slightly, a specially at night and when i am driving, plus the headackes.
for years (8) i went from - 0,25 to -1 (my brother went to -6 because he wore them all the time)

last year (july 2018) i discovered the endmyopia methode after trying the bates methode for 2 weeks - which seemd a fraud and ineffective to me i started bingwatching jakes vids that made sense to me, jakes vids brought to me the infos i needed and i was looking for and i started working on my eysight.

what i did :
*no glasses on computer,
*active focus going to work (morning day, evening dark)
*finding the right distance to the computer
*resisting the urge to share the discovery with people
*excited with the progress
*The frustration and the regret after buying 2 glasses
*The decepotion of not being able to put contact lenses
*The frustation of the blur and the difficulties of making progress with a verylow myopia (with hight myopia we see the progress)
*Adpating to the sensation of being lost when we see a blur, in particular at night.
*the joy of seing progress
*the anger when the optometrist check your eyesight and refuse to remove the asigmatisme (0,25)

Now I am at :
Right eye : almost 20/20
Left weak eye : - 0,25

the good thing I can go to the movie without the glasses, I am comfortable and i do not get panic attacks when i forget the glasses
plus, the vision night is good.
I integrated the good habits and i did not have eye strain even with my work all the day in front of the computer

it is hard to get 20/20 starting from very low myopia, but hte good thing is I am not dependent on glasses.
better, in my life I feel free, more assertive and not at all helpless.

Thank you jake.

Thank you all endmyopia comrad

good luck

keep going

I fixed my myopia nearly 10 years ago…

I fixed my myopia nearly 10 years ago (from -3 dioptres), long before Endmyopia existed. I used a combination of methods, cobbled together from forums, books, websites and other research, which were similar in principle to Endmyopia’s. Anyone looking to reduce their myopia nowadays has a much easier task because everything you need to know is contained in one single online resource, right here at Endmyopia. There is no need for financial outlay — just the cost of a few pairs of glasses until you can get rid of them for ever. Now at nearly 65 years old, I am the only one among my friends of this age who doesn’t wear or need glasses, even though I spent my 30s, 40s and some way into my 50s behind minus lenses. Once you learn how to use and look after your eyes properly in this era of smartphones and tablets, these good habits and knowledge stay with you for life.

I already have seen improvements over 60 days

Yes, this works. It's not rocket science, it's based on ample scientific evidence about the eye's axial length being able to change in both directions.

Numbers and results first:
I had -5 and -3.25 for over 8 years.
I was quickly able to drop that to -4.5 and -2.5 just from reducing all the close-up strain.
Afterwards, within few weeks, I reduced to -4.25 and -2.25.
Now I expect to reduce by around 0.25 per quarter and hopefully my myopia will be gone in few years, naturally, without any dangerous and irreversible procedure like Lasik which doesn't even guarantee stable results.

But endmyopia is much more than that.
You gain control over your eyesight.
You understand a lot of the science behind it.
You learn to massively reduce eye strain which helps to prevent future complications like retinal tears or ever increasing floaters.
You are no longer dependent on an industry that holds you hostage and makes 1'000% profits or more on lenses and frames.

The structured approach is really well structured.
I highly recommend it and do not regret my investment.

Best thing I’ve ever done for my eyes.

If you want the short review, it’s great. It works. It’s free. Do it.

If you want the long review...

Can not tell you how excited I was to come across a natural way to reduce myopia that had so many people trying it and succeeding. And oh yeah, it’s free.

The endmyopia site is choc full of information, not only on how to decrease your myopia, but information that liberates you as well by giving you an understanding of what is going on with your eyes.

Like being able to actually understand your prescription. Which if you think about it is basic information all myopes should know right? Yet we invariably don’t. Trust me, the simple fact of knowing what all the numbers and symbols mean on that piece of paper the optometrist hands you every year was indescribably liberating.

Or how about how to test your eyesight yourself. So that you can actually track your vision improvement as you go on your endmyopia journey. LIBERATING.

And then let’s get to the really good stuff. Reducing your myopia (which let’s face it, is the main reason we’re all looking at this page right?!). I personally got to the end of my tether at my last optometrist appointment where I was told YET AGAIN that my prescription had increased (to -5.5D right eye and -5.25D left eye with -0.25 astigmatism where there had been no astigmatism before). But, weird thing was, I was perfectly happy with how I could see in my current prescription on an everyday basis. That was a reoccurring thing that really bugged me. Why was it that I was only ever aware that I “needed” a stronger prescription when I went for a routine check up, the optometrist got me in a dark room invariably at the end of my work day and told me it was so. And then, funnily enough, that became a self fulfilling prophecy and a few weeks after getting the stronger prescription, sure enough, my old glasses which were fine prior to my optometrist appointment as far as I could see (pun intended), now no longer cut the mustard...
Sound familiar?
(I’m not actually going to answer that question here, but if you read the endmyopia info you will find out for yourself).

And yet still, I thought the Optometrist must know better and I ordered the stronger glasses. I wore the new prescription for a little while and it felt just wrong. Another reoccurring pattern. Why was everything SO crisp it actually hurt my eyes? (Again, go see endmyopia site if you want this answered for yourself).

So I went back to my old prescription. Things were a bit blurry now (funny that) but I stuck with it and after a while could see perfectly out of them again. Cue aha moment.

So I looked around on the internet to see how that could be (myopia is “incurable” right?).

Enter Endmyopia.

This site helped me to understand why what I was doing already was working to improve my eyesight and also gave me a whoooole lot more information on what I could be doing to help get quicker gains. A few months ago I passed my drivers license eye test wearing -4.25D on both eyes with no astigmatism correction (and now wear -4D or even -3.75D on sunny days) 🙌

So I know this works.

And, bonus, my eyes feel so much healthier! I’m hooked. There’s no way I’m stopping until I’m back to functioning perfectly without lenses.

My proviso would be if you’re looking for a quick fix, this isn’t it. Your glasses are the quick fix. But they’re also damaging your eyes.

If you have a genuine desire to read and learn and take action yourself (and again, no you don’t have to pay anyone to do so.. apart from the cost of those weaker and weaker lenses you’re going to find yourself needing 😉), you can decrease your myopia and get healthier eyeballs in the process.

Sure, depending on your current prescription, it’ll likely take years. But you get to enjoy gains as those years tick by as you crawl back down the prescription ladder (thinner lenses and ever reducing risk of myopia induced complications).

And, let’s face it, those years are going to pass anyway aren’t they? So the question is, at the end of the day, would you rather have ended up with a stronger prescription and potentially other dangerous eyeball issues that go with high myopia (which we both know your ever increasing prescription up until this point is pointing towards), or would you rather have said farewell to glasses and have healthier eyes?

Easy answer.

Jake has a very approachable and…

Jake has a very approachable and engaging way of presenting the science of myopia reversal. No sleazy innuendo about the "secrets" to be revealed after you send money. It's all in the open, free if you want to do the work. He has a program where people pay for individualized coaching, but I have done so well on my own that I haven't seen the necessity.

I can now walk around and even go for runs with no glasses. I have a long way to go still, but from over -6.5 PLUS astigmatism "correction," to be able to actually function without glasses is miraculous. Only it's a miracle of science!

I have improved my vision! I have reduced my glasses prescription by 2 1/2 diopters and continue to improve. I went from -4 diopters to -1.5. I’ll be reducing again when the beautiful days of spring arrive. Endmyopia has all the information. You just have to read and learn what to do. Jake Steiner runs the site with wacky and irreverent humor, and I love it! Thanks, Jake for all you do!!

Science backed method really works.

I found EM after my 10 y/o DD, an avid reader (ridiculous reader) was told she needed -0.50 lenses and didn't want to wear glasses. I was looking for a way to work her out of them, having recently read about the ciliary muscle in Katy Bowman's book Movement Matters. I'm working with DD on regaining her 20/20 eyesight, and also now working on my own improvements. It takes some work to get all the info needed (you can pay extra for hand holding if you prefer), but it's all there and it really works. I started with a -5.50 prescription, and just months in, I'm almost ready to move to -4.50. Can't wait to hit the DMV and get the restriction removed from my license in a number of years here. I had optometrist confirmed improvement a couple weeks into starting as I just happened to have my eye exam schedule a few weeks after DD's. I am looking forward to DD's next appointment so we can get verified improvement.
