The tool itself is good, but now that I'm trying to cancel, the experience has been nothing short of shambolic.
There is no way for me to manually cancel my subscription within the admin panel so I have to rely on the "live" chat functionality where I've now been waiting over a month since my initial request to cancel for it to be remedied.
I've been charged an extra month that we didn't want and there's no end in sight with the next renewal date closing in imminently.
An experience that has tarnished an otherwise happy customer.
Until these issues are rectified, whatever they may be, avoid this tool and do not put in your card details as you will end up regretting it when the time to cancel does eventually come.

No responses from the support team or Dean Walton who is the director.
No way to remove bank details from the account.
No way to close the account down.

Have been using them since they started. Honestly the best platform I have tried for review management. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Keep up the good work Endorsal!

I've been trying to contact support for the last 3 days and no one is answering my messages or emails. I was trying to cancel my account before I got billed again, but there was no way to do it in the interface. There's also no phone number either. It was a great service when I needed it, but now that I don't it feels very scammy that there's no way to cancel and no one who is even answering their support emails.

I’ve generally had good experiences with Endorsal in the past—their support team has always been quick to respond when it came to troubleshooting issues. However, trying to cancel my agency plan has completely changed my perception of the company.

There’s no option to cancel through the billing dashboard—you have to email their support team instead. I reached out before my billing date and was told the cancellation would be actioned, but I was still charged. Since then, I’ve followed up 3+ with no response and no refund.

The lack of communication around this has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I actually really love the product, however this has made me hesitant to recommend Endorsal moving forward.

I love Endorsal's ease of use and the ability to both pull and populate customer endorsements from a variety of sites. The ease of inserting these testimonials on my websites has made me fall more in love with Endorsal!

Very easy to setup, I was able to connect with my mailchimp list and to ask my customers endorsals.
Looks also very good, out of the box.

Great piece of software. I pull in all my reviews from all major platforms and publish on my site effortlessly. The integration is easy and the reviews look fantastic. It is a massive boon to be able to clearly show social validation on your site and using endorsal was a no brainer.

I am the lucky owner of the Endorsal "Wall of Love" and I could not be happier. I have never seen this feature before, and was sceptical in the beginning...

Before installing Endorsal, chasing around after reviews was a nightmare not to mention a complete time suck. The worst part however is feeling like you are having to beg. You feel cheeky somehow.

A great tool to display reviews on your site. Fantastic integration with Facebook and Google testimonials. The wall of love is awesome, and the new feature posting the testimonials on the social platforms is just perfect.

One of the best website review tools I've ever used. I love all the different ways to use it including pop ups, wall of love and the ability to create a review manually. The tagging feature is super powerful. I can place a specific product review under the same product. The team is constantly evolving and improving the app. Great support too.

It's a really great platform to showcase your reviews to your customers. We especially think the "wall of love" is a great bonus to show the many fans we have on our site. Design is sleek and modern we love it!
