The write up was very good because it touched every aspect of the matter in issue.

The write up was very good because you covered every aspect of potential tenancy issue. The only thing missing is that there is no room to state the exact mater in issue. For example, there was a provision to state that the landlord had failed to maintain the property but there was no provision to specify the nature of maintenance the landlord failed to address, which in this case, was persistent failure to repair the boiler despite my complaints. Other than this it was a good job over all. Well done.
