I'll be using them for a third year now…
I'll be using them for a third year now but I got the email from them saying they are deleting the membership area and switching to a subscription based method. I'm confused as to how well this will work.

Accurate but i tried to get my email changed for my subscription. It took them over 24 hrs to respond. Otherwse no complaints
