I have just bought 2 packs of AA…

I have just bought 2 packs of AA batteries. I bought them for a specific item. Tried 6 of the batteries and they don't work. So if I could give them 0 star I would. I have the receipt so will take them back. I thought they would be good. Since this review I have bought duracell batteries and the item I bought them for works with the duracell batteries .

If I could give no stars I would!

I purchased an Energizer brand iphone charger cable from Coles which split and stopped working after only two months. I returned it to the Coles store with the receipt and they advised because it was over one month since purchase I had to contact Energizer directly. No problem I thought but that was before I tried contacting them! The Energizer customer service is non-existent. Every phone number advertised for them is disconnected and I got no reply via facebook messenger. I sent an email from the website and finally got a reply but no help whatsoever. Instead they sent a robotic automated response saying I need to contact another company by email who are over in France which they tell me is their manufacturer. Not sure why I have to deal with their manufacturer when I purchased an Energizer branded product! Anyway I tried emailing them but over a week later no response from them either. I have emailed Energizer 'customer service' numerous times to ask for a number to call or contact details for their customer complaints team only to get the same robotic automated replies each time. This has been the most frustrating time-consuming process I've ever known (been going on for a month now and have still received no help) and I will NEVER purchase anything from Energizer ever again.

Dumbest innovation ever!!

Energizer "smart" solar pir spot light... utter rubbish! To be able to set sensitivity, timer etc unlike any other solar light that has dials on it nooo not this, this requires a stuoid app be downloaded. Dumbest idea ever!! Especially when it won't even pair!! After finally getting this stupid light to blink (pairing mode) not only does it not come up when i search in my Bluetooth but the app can't see it either! Utterly useless! Like the idiot who thought an app for a sensor light was a good idea! Taking this junk back tomorrow for a refund & will be buying a normal one that has the dials on it.

Mess you about asking for ridiculous…

Mess you about asking for ridiculous amounts of information / photos / etc for some batteries that have leaked. do not get any sort of compensation, just time wasted. avoid buying expensive batteries from them.

Terrible light

Terrible light. Just keeps going on and off, even in broad daylight and with no movement. Had to take it down within a few hours. Worst light I have ever purchased.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Brought a smart blub, tried everything to get it to pair inc, all their "helpful" advice to fix and just wouldn't pair, took it back and changed it for a different one and also brought small blub for a lamp and once again wouldn't pair. I went on amazon and brought cheaper ones on there and took less than 30 secs to pair them both. A company shouldn't be able to sell products that don't work at all. Luckily the shop I got them from let me return them. Won't be buying anything energizer again now.

No a Corporation to Trust

You used to be able to buy Energizers and they guaranteed their batteries wouldn't leak. I still have old energizers that are from the end of last century and have been left in devices for decades and not only did they not leak, but they still work. Today they tell you to remove the batteries as soon as you are done using the device. They have them made in China to save them money then spend tons of money on advertising to try to get you believe the crap they make is newer technology. Management hides from the consumer if they have a problem and don't get satisfactory customer service. Foreign call centers take these calls and if they can even understand what your issue is they are a prescribed remedy and if that isn't acceptable to you they tell you that is all they can do; in other words, "screw you". Clearly Energizer Holds believe that we are suckers who should never complain. If we do, then we get their new motto, "screw you!" Seems like the bunny has gone rabid

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! They do not honour their money back guarantee. Bought the portable wifi and did not meet my needs. Contacted them immediately and they are giving the run around and will not refund!

Bought a 6 pack of AA lithium…

Bought a 6 pack of AA lithium batteries. Very minimal use but dead after 2 months. After 30 day return window, so out the money. Paid 16 but are now up to 26! Nobody gets back to you. Their social media hasn't been updated in years. No longer an Energizer fan!

leaking batteries

leaking batteries. batteries were found to have leaked in my device as of 20 March but I did not get around to contacting them until 4 April. Because the expiry was 03-2023 they refused any sort of remedy because they were being "used past their expiry" since I was unable to report the leak until 4 DAYS AFTER they expired

I bought an emergency lantern and usb…

I bought an emergency lantern and usb power bank. After testing it and finding it working I stored it without batteries. 6 months later I tested it and found it not working.
I contacted energizer thinking it would be sorted quickly. They are a longstanding well regarded company after all.
After a few emails of them asking me various questions, copy of purchase invoice and photo's and what factory the item was made in (how on earth is a customer supposed to know that?).
They offered to refund me less than I had paid... I realised they were offering me what I paid minus the VAT!
Appalling. No idea of customer service, british consumer legislation and absolutely no class.

I share the review below. Just over a year, used maybe 4 times, with difficulty, new batteries and a constant red flashing light on the battery charger which cost £30.00.

Very disappointed

Like previous reviews, I bought an expensive power bank which worked fine for a year then won't charge. Unfortunately by the time I'd found my online purchase receipt it was over 1 year old and customer service refused to budge staying clearly that the item was out of warranty.

Terrible customer service and poor quality product......I won't be going near them again!

I bought a TAC 700 Energizer torch which failed after less than 1 weeks use. Energiser EU customer service did not support their product. The replies I received were borderline sarcastic. Very disappointing performance from a company that once had a good reputation.
