Paid by mistake, not refunded ever

The EPC certificate was the document that I need it to move in my new rented home, but the bad surprise has come after that. I paid by mistake into the company's bank account three times £10 for a window cleaning service. Later on I have seen the mistake and contacted the company to explain what have I done, and, if possible, to refund me. I was promised that in a few days I will receive the £30 back, and that was in August 2020. They never gave me the money back or any other reply since then.
Very shameful for only £30.
