"Our experience with Drax Energy has…

"Our experience with Drax Energy has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, there has been a complete lack of transparency, unreasonable delays, and unhelpful responses. It is unacceptable that we had to chase for weeks just to receive basic information, only to be met with excuses and an unwillingness to resolve the matter fairly. The handling of our case has been incompetent, with misleading charges and failure to provide a contractual price in a timely manner. This level of service is appalling, and we would strongly advise others to reconsider before dealing with Drax Energy." I would say they are fraud and blackmailers.

Worst company I've ever dealt with

Worst company I've ever dealt with. They put us on deemed rates a few months earlier than they should've done, before we could switch also. Sent us an absolutely huge bill. They were extremely unhelpful. We had to pay it, as a new business, this was very difficult. Then. A few months later, sent us another huge bill saying the 'actual' reads were different so they decided to send us an invoice for another huge amount of money. Wouldn't go near this company ever again. They are so so terrible and very expensive. Honestly I cannot explain how terrible they are. Thinking about them makes me so angry, so I thought I'd share how awful they are with everybody else. Honestly hope the fat cats at the top get what's coming to them.
