BEWARE!!! Horrible Service
BEWARE! DO NOT USE Energybot! They did not relay the correct information to the electricity provider. Isn’t that the only thing they’re supposed to do? They made a real nightmare to untangle and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Last year I wanted to lower my electric bill. My state's web site had a link to Energy Bot. So, I tried it. I found several alternatives and a few of them were less expensive. I chose a provider whose guaranteed rate for one year was $0.01 / kWh cheaper. I saved over $100 this year. The signup process with the provider was easy. Everything was done via email. I was notified two months before the end of the term that my contract was nearing completion and I needed to select another provider.
The site's search filter allowed me to find providers sorted by cost, term duration, and termination fees. The Ul is easy to read and provides information like the price per kWh, whether the rate is locked, the term of that guaranteed rate, and whether the provider charges an early termination fee. This is good information.
This year I used Energy Bot again. I found another provider that is cheaper than my local provider. So, I selected them. I expect to save over $100 this year. Again, the signup process was easy.
I recommend that you try them.
