great customer service
I recently had an issue with my energy supplier and asked Energy Bureau for advice Neil and Harj went above and beyond my customer service expectations. Over many calls they persevered and managed to solve my problem. All companies that use AI bots as a poor excuse for customer service should learn from The Energy Bureau how to treat valued customers or risk losing them.

Terrible and Misleading Service
Energy Bureau contacted my 72 year old mother in 2021. They claimed to be from British Gas and were helping her renew the contract. She signed, and a few months later when she heard nothing further from them she contacted British Gas to ask about the renewal, British Gas then renewed directly.
In May 2024 Energy Bureau then claimed they were due thousands of pounds from my mother for being out of contract. I have questioned this, and asked for the telephone recording of the original call where the claimed to be from British Gas, unfortunately (or fortunately for them) they have changed their phone systems so the call recording is no longer available.
I feel that they have taken advantage of an elderly lady and are trying to extract as much money as possible with no understanding of the circumstances.
I would avoid them at all costs.
