I wouldn't even leave one star if there was an option. I ordered two items, looked nothing like on the picture. very poor quality and not worth what I had paid (the dress might as well have been made out of paper). The items also took months to arrive and arrived separately.

Would give a 0 if I could, still disputing a refund on the order I placed and didn’t receive from 31 may 2020, PayPal have now closed the case as apparently I did not submit enough evidence dispite the fact I detailed everything I could.
With the amount of reviews on here really we should contact the police as it’s fraud.

Do not buy from this company. All the items I ordered did not arrive. Couldn't get in touch with anyone at engaging garments to discuss this. The items that did arrive came from China almost 60 days later. Nothing like what was described. Do not buy anything from them. I was lucky that I paid via PayPal and they issued me a full refund

Awful experience. Dress arrived and was nothing it was advertised as. Sent it back and was told I could get it exchanged due to being a sale item. Never heard if they ever received it and now they’ve closed so that’s the end of that! Do not ever buy from independent companies like this again, it’s just not safe!

Looked nothing like what I ordered. Stupidly ordered 3, all of them looked totally different and one arrive about 2 months after i'd ordered. Was actually laughable. DO NOT ORDER.

It appears the clothes are shipped from different countries mainly china and take weeks to come. I ordered 2 dresses, the one was ok actually when it finally arrived, cheap quality but it wasnt expensive so cant expect too much. The second dress arrived seperately, it was terrible!! Cheap, you could see through it, hem hanging off it everywhere and I think it was made to fit a doll. I emailed engaging garments and was told how to return it for a refund, that was almost 5 weeks ago and despite chasing, nothing!! Not even a reply from them. Stay away from this company, the clothes are nothing like the pictures, cheap tat, go elsewhere! I gave 2 stars to be generous as the one dress is wearable, I think its pot luck with this company.

Would be zero stars if I could. Bought two items from these, but only one arrived and even that was extremely poor quality, broken on the seam and small for its size. I paid nearly £40 for them both. Have emailed them numerous with no response, now no longer trading by the looks of it. Can't say I'm surprised with clothing and service like that! Owners of this company, if you're reading this, shame on you!

D0 NOT USE, Can anyone tell me if this company is still treading, cannot get on to there website, it says they have stopped trading, I am still waiting for 2 dresses, payed for and not received. Where do you go from here.

They take your money an don’t respond I will report to standards agency how do they sleep at night?

Do not shop from this site, ordered 2 dresses and only 1 arrived. Quality was bad and when I asked for return details they said I had to wait for second dress which still hasn’t arrived! Will never order from them again

Strange that this company is no longer showing in Google reviews since they got bad reviews. DO NOT USE THEM. They take your money, you don't get your product, and there's no response from them.
