This is the second time I’ve used this company and engineer fitness ! And both times delivery time before the expected delivery date and a quality is spot on ! really happy will be using them again

cheap china products, typical dropshiping scammers...

Items received and looked absolutely nothing like images on website. Cheap terrible crap. When I asked to return the items I was told I’d need to send them to China and the return would cost more than my £85 order. They then had the cheek to offer me a discount to order more items instead of returning the cheap made, terrible quality. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

They are a scam.
I never recieved my purchase. £37.00
They accused me of being a liar as my item was delivered.

This company is what Is wrong with shopping online.
No customer service
Goods not what was ordered goods made in a sweat hut somewhere
The clothes don’t even have proper labels on them
Can easily buy the same from teemu for a fraction of the cost .
I think that is what this company does
One wash and clothes are only fit for the bucket
At time of writing this I am still trying to get my money back
Pictures on site do not show what clothes are actually like .
Folks do not spend a penny with this latest laundering circus

Items were smaller than normal sizes. Sent item back for a credit. Tried to follow up with email and message and no response. Money down the drain

I received a notification that my package was delivered. It was not. I was home and have cameras. I immediately sent an email. No response. I then sent another email days later. No response. I see now why they have a 2.9 star rating...horrible customer service...no customer service!!

The actual product doesn't look like what you get delivered.

The ads make the clothes look as though they are good quality but in reality when you receive the item you realize that it’s inferior. After the first washing item shrunk and now looks very cheap.. very disappointing! Don’t waste your money..

WARNING ‼️ DO NOT ORDER FROM UK Fitness Engineering / UK Home Gym. No option to return items. No response to any emails for assistance. Poor Materials & poor clothing quality. BIG SCAM!!! Order comes from China, not a legitimate UK Company, not listed on Company’s House.

Disgusted by the service and quality of their product. The material is cheap, their response to my emails and service also cheap just like their product. Looks nothing like their advertised product I paid for.

They sent me just 1 email in correspondence about how expensive it would be to send to them being overseas. They suggested I buy something else and they would give me 75% discount. I told them I have no confidence in their product so there was no way I was going to waste more money on them. Complete scam

I accidentally placed an order, because the checkout process was with the 'Shop' checkout app. I was mid-reviewing prices, vouchers etc... and got up, put my phone in my pocket, which validated the order.

I immediately contacted customer support, both using the chat and the email, by responding to the order acknowledgement.
I received no response.
Then I received a notification of dispatch, so I forwarded to them the first email I sent, and this time I received a response (from a Gmail account). They just said they had received no communication from me before this one, and it was too late because the order had been shipped.
They said i could just return the order when I receive it, which I know will cost a fortune to return to China, so is basically pointless.
I responded to them, with screenshots of all my attempts to contact them, with dates etc... and surprise surprise, I have not heard anything from them since then.
The customer service is appalling. I wished I had looked at the reviews before I even looked at their website.
My advice is to stay clear of them. They are awful.

Exchange policy is you pay to ship it back to China or they give you a discount for your next purchase. Nowhere on their site or anywhere else does it state they are based in China. Ripoff.
