No customer service!!!
No customer service!! We have had problems with our order and have now been advised it has been lost. We have had to contact numerous times and still do not have an update on when we will receive our item that we paid for 5 weeks ago!!! We haven’t been sent tracking information that we were promised from the 1st item and we don’t have it for the reordered item either, even though we have requested it. I definitely will find another supplier in the future.

Please accept my apology about the recent issues you’ve experienced with this order. it was out of stk, ordered 05/04 from Spain arrived & dispatched in 13/04. the carrier then lost it but wanted time to search for it. we have issued another order to the warehouse in Spain.
