Efficient repair of our DeWalt chainsaw by knowledgeable technicians, good communications and all at a very reasonable price.

Took my Paslode IM350 in to get repaired and Craig had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. I have used Engineering Agencies several times in the past couple of years and they always provide a fantastic, reliable, fast and value-for-money service for power tools repair and servicing. Thoroughly recommend!

Took in a Stihl strimmer for my MIL, that had not been used for a while. Expected to be repaired and/or serviced. The lovely Craig sorted it out in 10 minutes with new fuel and spark plug. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

After a disaster of a fire at home all my garden tools/equipement was distroyed. Contacted EA, and Muir helped put together a deal to replace my dewalt tools and batteries etc i had lost. Due to some of them not being stock items i had to wait for them to come into the store, and once they did, Mick arranged for them to be delivered to my house FOC!!
Cannot fault their customer service and how smoothly the full process was!

Thanks again EA! I will be back to burm more of my money soon! :)

I am a large in trousers but ordered medium
And they are perfect so may be down a size of your normal size

What an amazing customer service. Bought the jacket online, at a great price and with speedy delivery. I had some concerns about if I needed to return the item, as it was a birthday present for my son. I emailed them, and all concerns were put aside. It was like dealing with a proper old fashioned, face to face family hardware shop, who want to look after their customers.

I needed to replace a fire retardant waterproof jacket that was lost. I was a little dubious as the price was so good, but took the chance. Glad I did. New jacket arrived well within their advertised delivey time.
Will definetly use again.

Ordered two pairs of work boots from their website. Arrived 3 days later.

Excellent service good price and quick delivery on my Stihl lawnmower

Wide range of products at great prices. I was a little reserved about ordering from them as their Trustpilot score is low, but everything went smoothly.

Delivery time is a little long, but they make that very clear and the price was worth the wait for me.

You should think about setting up automated review invitations for your sales, as I'm sure some people will be switched off from the score.

Competitive pricing but they use DPD couriers which are awful.
My order still has not arrived.

Great product however let down badly by the delivery partner DPD.
Please change delivery partner as this is letting a great firm down very badly.

I recently bought a Stihl power washer from EA. Not only was it the best price available, when I subsequently had an issue with an attachment, Craig could not have been more helpful. We had a few email exchanges and then spoke on the phone. Although there was a slight issue with the fitting, this was due to Stihl not EA and they have generously sent me the correct fittings in the post. I could not recommend them highly enough and this is my first Trust Pilot review as I'm so chuffed with my experience. James

I’ve not even bought from this company yet but promised a review after a few exchanges with “Fiona” from customer support, I’ve been so impressed! I was looking for workwear and as I’m slim and not 6ft tall/I don’t have a 32” inside leg! lots of work trousers are too long and I find baggy looking, knee pads end up in the wrong place shortening standard garments. I asked in hope for some specifics on getting a slim fit trouser with a “short” leg. After dealing with a few suppliers and getting quick/stock/don’t know mate answers I was really impressed to receive a lengthy detailed email addressing my request really fully. She’d even gone out and measured/compared fits of trousers physically. Based on this quality of service I’d intend to buy from engineering services in future..sadly for the moment I’ve switched to my work shorts for warmer months which are ok..so this review seems the least I can do for the moment.

What started of as What I thought was a cheeky question turned into a fantastic experience. I bought a oair of Helly Hansen Magni Boa safety boots and recently the lining had started to come away, a fantastic pair of boots I may add. I asked on Facebook what warranty came with these and before I knew it, a replacement pair had been organised and dispatched to me. They even turned up 3 days earlier than originally notified. A fantastic hassle free no quibble experience from start to finish. Much better buying from a company like Engineering Agencies than a faceless multi national. Brilliant just brilliant

Fantastic customer service .
I telephoned last week asking about wellies . Not everyday basic black ones but green , size 13 non safety buckler !

Sounds easy but due to rubber shortage struggled as no one had any in stock anywhere .
To this companies credit took my number and few days later phoned back .
Muir had sourced a pair cheaper too !
Picked up yesterday met by lovely staff .
Years since I’ve been in the shop as I moved away from Dunfermline and shop well laid out , bright and clean .
staff all well turned out too

Honest guys I know only wellies but these are essential bit of kit my son needed and appreciate you taking time to source a pair .

Been going here for over 10 years never had a complaint. returns are no problem and service is great only problem is the shop has loads in it and I can’t help but spend more than I want lol can recommend highly
