From start to finish, I got a very good service. I had to ring Engineering With Light with a query before purchasing the light I wanted. My query could not be answered because I rang on a Saturday and there was nobody in the technical department. I was told I would have my answer to my question on Monday which I did. I ordered the light which was delivered 3 days later. The service I received was 100% and I would certainly go back and order more lighting and recommend anyone who wants external lighting.

Excellent service and knowledge, extremely helpful

I can't recommend them highly enough. I have bought from them twice and both times Peter has gone out of his way to offer advice and assistance.

I initially had some queries before purchase so rang. The company could not have been more helpful and explained everything very well. I made the purchase online and it arrived very promptly, incredibly well packaged and all the items were immaculate and just as discussed. Will be using the company again for the next set of lights I need to purchase.

Saw that I wanted on the web site but needed further help with queries due to living in a windy marine location. Got that advice over the telephone and was delighted with light when it arrived and in fact am now going to order another two.

The lighting unit arrived within a reasonable time and was better than we expected. Fitting it straight to a ceiling was difficult - it looks as though the fittings provided assumed the existence of a ceiling rose and wouldn't work on a flush ceiling. I improvised with dinema (carbon fibre string).

The final effect is good.

Easy to deal with and very helpful with delivery requirements.

Peter was incredibly helpful - even offering to take a look at my garden plans so that he could suggest the most appropriate lighting. At all times Peter kept us updated as to our order and when it would be delivered. The lights arrived well packaged and as described. I wouldn't hesitate recommend this company to anyone.

I had to obtain a replacement Hunza light, which are made in New Zealand and they had in stock, received very quickly. Also gave me advice on another project. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
