BE WARNED

BE WARNED. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR AN ENGINE RE-BUILDER AND CAME ACROSS THESE. THESE ARE THE SAME COMPANY AS MIDLAND ENGINEERING (midlandengineering.co.uk). COMPARE THE WEBSITES OF MIDLAND ENGINEERING AND ENGINEHAUS AND READ ABOUT MIDLAND ENGINEERING ON TRUST PILOT. ALSO THE PHONE NUMBERS AND ADDRESSES MATCH ON BOTH WEBSITES. I NEARLY GOT CAUGHT OUT AND ONLY BECAUSE OF LOTS OF RESEARCH I DIDN'T. THIS SMACKS OF A COMPANY TRYING TO SET UP IN A DIFFERENT NAME AFTER RIPPING OF SO MANY PEOPLE....

Having owned my Nissan from new the body and interior were pristine. When its engine failed I looked for a good reconditioned unit to keep it going. I trusted to Enginehaus, what a mistake. They fitted a replacement engine, getting oil on all the seats and carpets - they haven't heard of plastic covers. After weeks, when I got the car back 'Oh your dual-mass flywheel is on its way out'. Going to a reliable garage, checking over Enginehaus work, they didn't want to be involved (a poorly fitted scrap-yard clapped out engine!). No matter, I have the Enginehaus warranty.......completely worthless.
