Bought a engine, engine didn't work. They replace the engine with a engine that's worse and refuse to refund my money. Please do not waste your money. Any good reviews , are reviews that they put there.. Beware. You been warned.

I order a engine from them . The motor has not turned over . Have replaced everything but it is still not working. I have been trying to call Jennifer Williams but now no one's answering the phone I have a warranty on the motor a 3-year warranty motor has not crank up since I had it and when I asked to send it back they keep giving me the runaround so now Jennifer was not answering the phone you called the website number nobody's answering the phones temporary suspended or something so I'm trying to figure out what's going on are they scammers if so they scam me so I say I would not deal with this company. So I'm trying to figure I have anybody received anything back from now as to how they go about getting their money back or anything

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks! I purchased an engine from them in May 2024 and at first I was quite impressed with how seamless the whole process went. I received my engine and had zero issues until December. Engine stopped working so I immediately contacted Jennifer Williams. She asked for the following on Dec 27-A diagnostic report to clarify what happened to the engine
The Installation RO (List of parts swapped during installation)
Images and videos of any damaged parts
Images of the heat tabs and stock number
I sent the requested information to her on 1/6. On 1/10 she informed me that they were working on the issue. I asked for another copy of my warranty and she refused to send it to me. I emailed her, Kevin Anderson, and Marvin Bennett on 1/16, 1/27, 1/30 and 1/31 asking for a resolution. I called and left messages in between those dates only to be ignored.

AFTER SALES IS THE WORST.
If you too have been ripped off by this company, they will not honor their warranty. Contact the Attorney General in Virginia and file a formal complaint!! They don’t pick up the phone, they don’t return your voice mail, they don’t respond to emails. Can’t file a warranty claim for an engine they claim to have a warranty on. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! A warranty is only as good as the after sales team is at responding. And no response means once you pay you are up the creak and no paddle.

I purchased a motor September 12, 2024 @1:56 via phone to be delivered with a one year warranty to Alabama. First motor non-operatable. Second motor non- operatable. I've been talking to Jennifer the Customer Service Representative and have had my mechanic and numerous videos sent per Jennifer. I've been trying to get my $2099.00 refund as I have a year warranty and have done everything she has told me to do and here it is January 23, 2025 and she will not answer my calls, text or emails and I'm still without a vehicle. Would not recommend buying anything from this company. Will update when further actions have taken place.

We purchased a 2015 jeep engine and after it was installed the mechanic found major issues with the engine. We have sent in pictures and videos of what Jennifer asked for that was in DEC 2024. We have not heard back from anyone about the resolving the issue and here it is Jan 2025. We have left numerous messages and emails and no reply. I would think long and hard before purchasing anything from this company. Wasted money we do not have.

Stay away from these guys! I purchased an engine for a 2018 Silverado along with the two year warranty back in October of 2024. The engine showed up from a third party vendor with no protection on it, just shrink wrapped onto a pallet. I dropped off the engine to the dealership to install. They put it in and the engine didn't work. Talking to the dealership, they explained that the engine would require massive amount of work to get it running, and there's no guarantee that it would work. I have had a lot of work done by this dealership and completely trust that they are on the up and up. They started working with Engine Xperts on filing a warranty claim. Engine Xperts were provided with all the information that they required then went silent. They send an email once every few weeks saying "they are working diligently on my claim" but in the men time I have been down a truck for almost three months. It's increasingly looking like that I'm going to have to pursue legal action to recover my $5,000.00.

TOOK MY MONEY AND THEN 10 DAYS AFTER THAT SHIPPING LOST THE ENGINE.

I purchased a used replacement engine for a Chevrolet Sonic 1.4L Turbo. supposedly with 51000 miles with Turbo. I receved the wrong engine. They said it was a mistake and sent the correct engine five weeks later an with no turbo and broken part. They refuse to pickup the first engine which I must have hauled away at my own expense. What a nightmare. They are totally incompetent. I would stay away from this company.

They are scamming people, selling bad engines, and asking people to sign a return policy which is only in their favor if they ever distribute the charges, and wasting people time installing bad engines.
I bought an engine from them back in August 1 and the engine was no good ,it had low compression and it was leaking oil.
and when I asked them for a full refund, they started playing games saying that we forwarding your issue to the such department for discussion and took two weeks nothing was done so I called my bank and disputed the transaction, and I got my temporary refund, but today when I checked my bank account the charge was reversed in their favor because of the return agreement that I signed.
So never buy an engine from they are going to do the same thing to anyone.

I am very pleased with the service and the product of engine experts. Jason was most helpful in procuring the proper engine for my truck and I appreciate that care shipping was awesome ridiculously quick I was so thankful cuz I was in a spot with no vehicle. I have and will continue to recommend engine experts to those who may need their services and products.

I've only used these guys once and I can honestly say the experience was absolutely great. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer through the process, she made every part of it seamless. Her customer service was/is absolutely impeccable; her and Engine Xperts are my go to whenever my shop needs an Engine or Transmission
