I ordered a map of a ride a friend and I did a while back as a gift for them. I wouldn’t really describe it as an epic ride but it was a meaningful one.
It was easy to upload my Strava route to the website and to customise the text I wanted.
Unexpectedly, I received an email with a mock-up of my map to check over. This was great as I did make an edit!
After that, the map arrived quickly, well packed etc. Communications were all quick, friendly and to the point.
Very pleased with the outcome and fully recommend this company.

This is a review of my own personal experience about the service, not the product (the item itself is fabulous). You know when you really warm to a site, and want them to be good? I mean you get the feeling you're dealing with a little family run company and want to support them in these difficult times. You place the order expecting the goods to arrive within a couple of days...but five days later the items haven't turned up which is a shame as you really like the vibe of the website. In fact the item took a week to arrive, so instead of being a birthday present, it was a late birthday present.

Well thats my experience. Wherever the issue is is not important. Its up to companies to use reliable carriers. I order from Amazon all the time, almost every day and the are never late. Not even once out of the hundreds of items I've ordered. Id love to use alternative online companies more often but inevitably their deliveries often let them down which is why I keep returning to amazon.
