I give 2 stars for the quality of their product, it's not bad. But their app, their customer service , their shipping service are awful. I had ordered 4 items, of course I had paid at once. As a result- I received 2 items only. 1 items has been refunded. 1 item I have never received. The tracking number was wrong, all my messages to their customer service were ignored. Lost of money and my time:(

This company is a complete SCAM!
No contact info for online orders, no one answering e-mails, a single phone number that is actually on their website is out of service, you do the math.

We bought a product as a gift from this store. The lady gave us the packed one. When we opened it open it was a different product. We had to go back and buy another one. The staff are very stingy and inconsiderate. I complained about it at the store and asked if they'd consider a discount for giving us the wrong item. They were rude and refused to help. They give no rights to their customers and treat them with disrespect.

This app is a scam. They lure you with discounts (like free delivery, 30% off etc), show them when you add stuff in your basket, but at checkout they charge you for the undiscounted price. This is my second attempt in 2 months, same thing happened both times. Obviously did not order.

they cancelled my order without any justification (they didn't give me a reason even after contacting their customer service) that was paid and their customer service is inefficient. Do not order from this site unless you want your money hanging in the air for a couple of days. Btw I suppose they didn't have the products I ordered after all, in that case maybe they should not sell items they don't have.

It's a scam! Do not order anything from their website, unless you want to get scammed and not have all the stuffed that you paid for delivered! Their support is non existent and there is no way on earth to get in touch with them.
