Hello, I have started an English speaking course at this center. When I asked about the fees via phone, they told me it would cost $80 for one month and $120 for two months. Consequently, I paid $80 to begin the course. After the first month ended, I paid the additional fee of $40. However, they informed me that it was again $80. They clarified that if I paid the full fee for the first month, it would total $120; otherwise, it would be $80 each month. I questioned why this was not mentioned in the message they sent me. Furthermore, they did not discuss any alternatives for me or what other options they could provide. If I enroll in a course, I plan to complete it rather than leave it unfinished. Now, I am attending another center and informing them that I completed half of the course at the English with Room center and asking if I can finish the other half at their center. They have squandered my time and money, and their sales team has been unhelpful. I discovered them through social media and communicated with them directly, without any referrals.
