Good, shame about communication.
I ordered a bottle of jager engraved from this company for a colleague for their last day at work with the company I work for - the website states you will receive email confirmation of your order, yet I did not receive anything via email.
I saw that they stated on their website that you could contact them after the order is placed to state when you need the item by. I did this, having to chase it again days later and all I received back was 'the item is due for dispatch today'. The item says it takes 2-3 business days before the item is shipped with communication if the item will take longer due to demand - it took 4-5 working days with no communication.
However, the company has sent this item first class at no extra cost and it has now arrived, so I am pleased with the eventual speed of delivery once dispatched.
Review subject to change upon review of the product as I have not physically seen it yet - however, I'm sure the recipient will be pleased.

Excellent product and customer service
Excellent product and really good customer service.
My order of engraved whiskey miniatures arrived quickly. The engraving was perfect, but there were a couple of marks on the bottle labels. The customer service team were very responsive and immediately sent out replacements with perfect labels when I contacted them about it.
Would recommend.
