I recently worked with Engrave Ink to create a tattoo ink made with my beloved cat’s ashes, and the experience was truly meaningful from start to finish.

Engrave has wonderful customer service. They answered every one of my questions with patience and care, which gave me the confidence and comfort I needed to send something as precious as my cat’s ashes. They treated the process with the utmost respect and professionalism, and I always felt reassured that my cat’s memory was in good hands. The ink (and my tattoo) itself holds such deep significance for me.

I would recommend Engrave Ink to anyone looking for a unique and heartfelt way to honor a loved one’s memory.

Engrave ink has made this sensitive delicate subject of transporting loved ones ashes very easy and simple .They have emailed me every step of the way and assuring me just how long the process takes etc . They emailed me the day before they arrived then again when they had arrived . I was initially hesitant to approach this company because [apart from their website, which is clear and very informative] there is not a lot of information about them online (there are - as far as I can tell - only two companies in the world who does this, and one is in the UK. Engrave Ink is based in Reno, NV).
However, after contacting them and receiving a prompt response, I ordered some ink. Their collection kit arrived quickly via Priority Mail and the instructions were clear and concise. Returning the kit also went really fast (again, via prepaid Priority Mail with tracking.)
The process to convert the ashes to ink takes about a month so be prepared for that when planning for and booking time with a tattoo artist.
During the whole process the company was prompt in responding to any and all questions or concerns (and I had a LOT.) The ink arrived with the remaining ashes that they didn't use.
All in all I can HIGHLY recommend Engrave Ink.

I've entrusted my beloved dog's ashes to Engrave so they can create cremation ink for my tattoo.
I cannot say enough how impressed I am with them. From the moment I purchased the service till I've got the ink in my hands, everything was seamless, timely and just absolutely perfect. These guys have thought of everything! From sending very detailed instructions to having the package delivered safely and in the exact timeframe they promised. I am very impressed and happy I entrusted them with such an important task. It's absolutely worth the extra money for your peace of mind. I only wish more companies were this great! I was referred by my tattoo artist and I’m so thrilled at the customer service and professional handling of our beloved fur baby’s ashes. The extra I sent off was returned sealed back to us. Received the ink in an expected timely manner as promised. I’ll refer and use again.

Engrave ink were very friendly abd easy to deal with. There was a problem with shipping from a third party they used but they were on top of it right away. They indicated they would review tgeir shipping methods so that did not happen again. Great customer service

Great customer service. Responses were prompt, compassionate and my order was delivered on time. The tattoo artist that I used said the ink was good quality, and I’m very happy with the way the tattoo is healing as well.

It took a while to get the ink but it was worth the wait. I got an armband in memory of my wife. It turned out amazing

Stellar experience from start to finish. I included a little note with the ashes of my beloved Border Collie, just to let them know about his story and received a beautiful and supportive email from the company. The ink arrived within the timeframe and was of excellent quality (per my artist). Finding this company and the right artist were key in my beautiful memorial piece. Now my beautiful boy will be with me forever. Words can’t express my gratitude enough.
