The company automatically sit me up for reoccurring payments for a subscription unfortunately I was able to cancel it even though they told me I couldn’t cancel because it already went through. There is something wrong going on with this company but I was able to get a refund so I changed all of my information so I don’t run into them again

Delivery went smoothly and the parcel came in good condition. Nothing leaked and the bottles were protected properly.

I bought this mainly because I wanted something softer than what I normally wear. It turned out to be exactly that. It doesn't disappear, but it stays close enough that I can enjoy it without feeling surrounded by perfume. I’ve been wearing it far more than I expected.

After seeing the very enticing ad on Facebook there is no question or hesitation as to why I should not purchase the perfume especially with the deals that were added to it. However you do not read the fine print which it doesn't State there when you're making your order and checking out what your total cost is going to be and that you've just committed to a monthly subscription that will auto pay itself out of the account number that you share with them for the payment. I emailed the company they responded swiftly assured me that they do not have a subscription in my name and it has been canceled and that I will still be receiving the three bottles of perfume that I ordered and paid for already. I just ordered it the stuff about a month and a half ago and it's still not here yet a little frustrated on the time delivery as well however if it smells good then it smells good and they're not lying about what they're selling I'm excited to see what I get

I keep Velora on my dressing table and reach for it before going out in the evening. It has a comfortable warmth to it and doesn't give me a headache.

The scent smells good I just wasn’t aware that I would be getting three bottles every month. I now have eight bottles. I have had some issues with canceling the subscription. I hope I don’t get any more at least for a while.

I would be very careful purchasing from this company I purchase a parfume and I didn’t know I was automatically signed up with a monthly subscription. I will say the customer service was amazing in handling the situation I sent an email and I got a response right away and I got my subscription canceled. I haven’t received the product yet so I don’t know how the product is, but just wanted to put a BUYERS BEWARE!! I am usually really good at paying attention to stuff like this so it must be hidden very well!

I discovered that by buying parfum, I was automatically subscribed to getting the same amount on monthly basis. I was not told, I just saw an email saying the next one will be delivered when I have not even used the 3 I bought. I sent an email and the lady responded immediately and effected the cancellation. Thank you for not putting me through trouble.
I will just want to advice that things like parfum is not what people buy on regular basis - monthly basis. It should be made so clear for everyone to know that once you buy, you are automatically subscribed to regular supply. I bought three bottles for the first time, I will not finish that in one month. When it’s clear, people can make a well informed decision about what they want to do. Thank you.
