Since I was admitted for the operation, staff were very friendly and supportive. I was extremely nervous. I was scared of pain but they reassured me when I was struggling the most… operation went smooth and I could not ask for better after care. They were near by when I woke up and took very good care of me. I was very comfortable and left the building without any pain. I wish my partner could come to the ward, but the infection prevention was very strict there, which is understandable. Im 3rd day post op and I can not wait to see them for the first time. Thank you for all staff and their support.

I had a great experience with Enhance. The team listened to what I wanted and the results, albeit still in process are amazing. Everyone on the day of the surgery were so kind and made me feel at ease. Having never had surgery before I was naturally feeling nervous but this quickly passed once in their care. The post op communication has been great too. They make the contact info very clear should we have any post surgery concerns. A big thank you to all involved in my journey so far.

From start to finish, my experience has been amazing — I only wish I’d done it 20 years ago.

After researching thoroughly, I booked a consultation with Mr Maklad. My only request was for natural-looking breasts, and without hesitation he explained exactly what I would need to achieve that look. His confidence and clarity immediately reassured me that I was in the right hands.

I was then introduced to my Patient Care Coordinator, Abbie Grant, who made me feel completely at ease from the start. She arranged my surgery date quickly and was always responsive whenever I messaged with questions — nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

My surgery took place at Joseph House, and the experience was fantastic. I was admitted at 7am and discharged by 11am. Every single member of the team that morning was kind, professional, and incredibly supportive. The nurse who looked after me during my wound care appointments was equally wonderful.

Today, at 16 weeks post-op, I’ve been officially discharged — and I couldn’t be happier with my results.

great comms, great company - great care - overall great!!!!

I had Dr Otoviani for 3 areassl lipo and I'm just over one week post-op. I've had one aftercare appointment so far. My experience throughout the process was exceptional. The ease of booking, the way that the staff were on hand if you have any questions. When I went in on the day for my procedure, everybody from the ward nurses to the receptionists, the anaesthetists, to the surgeon himself carrying out the operation, was so friendly, reassuring, kind and helpful. And I think that they do put the best interests of their patients at the forefront of their mind. They're really keen to get good results. The nurse I've seen at the aftercare appointment has been absolutely wonderful too. So all around, I'm super pleased with the process and if I have any more surgery, I will definitely use Enhance again.

Most staff really friendly and helpful, nurse I had when I was in recovery was not the friendliest, did her job well- just made me feel a little less relaxed than everyone else did. All paper work and obs ect done swiftly on arrival then was on the operating table in no time. Before I knew it I was awake with new boobs and discharged nice and quickly too. I rang back later in the day as I had started being sick back at the hotel and they got me straight back in to have an injection which stopped it right away!

My name is Amber Cantor.
I had implants here in June 2024. I had to get them removed July 2025 as they gave me severe pain ans symptons. I was a healthy happy person before the implants. I went back to Mrs Murdera the person who done my surgery and told her i have breast implant illness and she refused to do the removal, unless i paid £700 for a scan. She was very dismissive and just shunned me away pretty much. The removal may i add they wanted way more than putting them in initially cost for removal they wanted (£7000) i paid 4.5k to have the toxic bags in. Anyway i ended up having to go elsewhere for removal because i do not trust this company... they ruined me. I have had them removed for 9 months and I am still chronically ILL. Ive never felt worse. Im so depressed because of the pain, ive had so many tests and all they can say now is that i have fibryomyalgia. I was so healthy before the implants. My results were terrible may i add my breasts were sitting high in my chest for a year. I think this surgeon Murdera isnt a good person, and has done me permanent damage. :( i just want my life back. Please dont ruin your health.

After a lot of research, I booked consultations with 3 separate providers. My first consultation was with Enhance Group and, after speaking to the surgeon Giulia Colavitti, I decided to go with Enhance. She listened to what I wanted, gave me options and has delivered on the results I was looking for.

There was no pressure from Gail, the co-ordinator assigned to me should I have any questions. I left the consultation without having booked a date, as I wanted to be sure that I was doing the right thing although in my heart, I knew I wanted it doing but it was spending the money on me that was the stumbling block.

After a couple of days, and deciding I was worth it, I called and booked my surgery date. Leading up to the big day, there was several calls from the clinic to go through the things I needed to do to ensure I understood what I needed to do ahead of my operation and what would happen on the day of admission.

When I had my pre-op, the reality (and excitement) set in.

On the day of the operation, I was nervous but everybody is so supportive; they really cannot do enough for you.

The surgeon came to mark me up and after going through all the information she needed to go through, she asked if I had any questions; there was no rush and she put me at ease before I went to theatre.

The theatre team are amazing; there are many "shout outs" in other reviews to Tony with his Liverpool scrubs hat. He did an amazing job of putting me at ease whilst they administered the anaesthetic however that does not take anything away from the rest of the team.

The next thing I knew, I was in recovery being woken up. I had a visit from Tony to check that I was okay and the surgeon came to check how I was before being discharged.

The after care was one of the things that was important to me and the team certainly delivered on their promises.

The day after surgery, I received a call to see how I was; this is a day when you don't feel the pain as you still have anaesthetic in your system.

Monday was the day that I felt the pain but, it is manageable if you take the painkillers. Make sure you follow the instructions regarding rest, sleeping in an elevated position etc.

The following Friday, I had my first wound check - the large dressings were removed and replaced with smaller dressings. I was given additional dressings so I could shower and put fresh dressings on.

One week later, I had my second wound check; one of the sites was a bit red (no infection) so, although there was no concern, I was given an iodine dressing to leave on for a week just to help the healing process along.

It was at this check that I was told that I needed to make sure I was massaging my breasts twice daily; it is quite surreal massaging them but not being able to feel them as the nerves are still healing. The feeling does come back, it just takes time.

After 4 weeks, the scars were barely visible as the surgeon had done such an amazing job.

On 21st February, I went for my review with the surgeon. I could not express in words the difference the procedure had made to me.

My "new boobs" are amazing - not only have they balanced me out, they look so natural, which is what I wanted.

Bearing in mind I was told on several occasions, "they are sisters, not twins", I am so pleased with the end results. Before the surgery, one of my breasts was smaller than the other, post surgery, you cannot see a difference - amazing!

I cannot recommend Enhance, or my surgeon, enough - everybody is caring, whilst being professional, and the results are amazing.

I had my breast augmentation Wednesday (today is Friday) and I couldn’t be happier, the staff are absolutely amazing. My admission time was 12.30 I was so nervous but the lovely nurse calmed me down. I had to do a few checks and paper work then straight into surgery which was good for me as I’m an over thinker. I absolutely hate needles but the staff kept me calm by talking to me and before I knew it I was asleep.
I woke up with minimal pain just felt very tight on my chest. I was asked if I wanted something eat, I had toast and a cup of tea, she then told me everything I needed to know about my recovery then a few hours later I was allowed to leave. I really couldn’t thank all the staff enough they were absolutely amazing

Im so glad i went with the company, they really made me feel at ease and helped as much as possible to make the surgery successful. Everyone is so nice and friendly my surgeon mr maher was the best.

I recently underwent a breast augmentation with Enhance Medical Group, and I can honestly say my experience was exceptional from start to finish.

From my very first enquiry, every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They created an environment where I felt completely comfortable asking questions - even the ones I thought might seem small or insignificant. At no point did I feel rushed or dismissed. Her calm, professional manner made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and positive.

I would also like to recognise my surgeon, Mr Maklad, who was absolutely fantastic. From consultation through to surgery, he inspired complete confidence. His expertise and professionalism were evident at every stage, and I felt I was in very safe hands. The results he has achieved for me are truly amazing - exactly what I hoped for. I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone considering surgery to trust their surgeon's expertise. Mr Maklad clearly knows exactly what he is doing and his skill and attention to detail speak for themselves.

On the day of surgery, the entire clinical team were exceptional. I was understandably nervous and questioning whether I was making the right decision, but they were incredibly reassuring and attentive. They continually checked in on me, ensured I was comfortable, and never once made me feel rushed. Their compassion and professionalism made all the difference.

Overall, my experience with Enhance has been nothing short of outstanding. The level of care, communication, and support I received has been second to none. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
