No Refund on guarantee!

I purchased a 6 month supply and after I contacted customer service and said the product did not work for me, I sent back the remaining product (4 bottles), I NEVER received my refund! I've tried calling their ordering line but they only handle orders and will not pass my complaint onto customer service. Customer service has emailed me several times stating the refund is coming but it is now over 2 months and NO ONE IS RESPONDING! Don't believe their guarantee!
