It is very easy to tailor CV quickly for each job. It helped to speed up my application process. The templates are customisable as well based on my requirements. I highly recommend using Enhancv.

The experience was user-friendly. Application stores resume and cover letter easily. Easy to make edits. I like the grammar and ATS search feature. All helpful. Good value.

My old CV, whilst the content was good, hadn't seen a format change since I was 18. Just all words, underlines, italics and bold formats to separate things out. The difference that Enhancv made was night and day. Not just in terms of format but now how everything stands out to appreciate the content itself, the new sections I didn't have before, and the AI tools that suggest better ways to word your experience. Would recommend for sure. Also start my new job next Monday woooo.

Ai assistant makes mistake in other languages than English...e.g French. It will be good to fill an ai agent with all the info so that he tailors quickly the resume.

Once you understand the functionality of the application, the resume-building process becomes very easy.

Very quick and efficient. I would like to ask certain request that would make my resume and job search better.

It has been great and very user friendly, if I had to say one complaint, it would like to add a not at between work experience if I stopped working for any reason that I would like to explain.

The program itself is very good but if you need only one cv, there is no need for monthly subscription for next 6 months. To get you that one cv, you will pay minimum £19. That is just ridiculous

intuitive to use, good recommendations and great templates

I cannot recommend Enhancv enough! The platform itself is incredibly intuitive and has been a game-changer for my professional work, it’s easily the most helpful CV tool I’ve found.

What truly sets them apart, however, is their customer support. I experienced some technical payment issues due to my geographical location, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I didn’t lose access to my work. They were empathetic, professional, and genuinely cared about my success as a user. It’s rare to find a company that combines a top-tier product with such a kind, human approach to service.

Keep getting errors on the site, and despite emailing their help email and providing details/screenshots, I only get an automated response from Viktor, with no subsequent follow-up or response from any human customer service rep. As a paying subscriber, I would expect proper customer service.

Oh, and the data conflict errors are still appearing despite numerous contact attempts!

I have taken support and guidance is more helpful while creating a my resume.
