Software just doesn't work
Bought their software. NEVER WORKED. They got back to me once with some BS about updating Apple IOS (which was up to date). This is a total scam company.

Didn't recover text messages
Didn't recover text messages. I acted immediately to recover them. Technical Support was inadequate. I had to contact apple to use it. And no suggestions for next steps were offered. I had to demand next step assistance. They are only interested I selling app, not seeing customers succeed in recovery was my impression.

Waste-Stick with the free version
Free version showed me there was locked items and to purchase the full version to see more, which I did. There was no more information then the free version. Do not waste your money on this scam.

No Direct Restore of Data
The ability to scan for deleted items seems to work pretty good.
The restoration of iMessages is certainly not what I would have hoped for.
I did not expect a install a new iPhone app just to read restored item.
I was hoping that the messages would reappear in the iMessage app.
While it does find your deleted information and "make it available", it is misleading.

Does not recover from cloud
Does not recover from cloud. All it says is that is coming. I was trying to recover Notes that go to the cloud and apparently can’t. I was unaware of the 30 day deletion feature of Notes. I lost some info I really needed

Save your money.
It found literally nothing that wasn’t already there. I would have felt some confidence it was working if it had found the junk I had deleted just days before, even assuming it might not have recovered the deleted texts from a few weeks earlier.

Disappointed Customer
I was disappointed with your program to recover the text messages I accidentally deleted between my husband and I. Those messages were very dear to me and I had thousands of them. Your program was not able to recover all of them, it only recovered 1/5 of them.
