What a fraud company took the money and…

What a fraud company took the money and never delivered . They use Drivalia to book . Once I phoned Drivalia the number they give on the booking to book a shuttle service to take you to the elmdon trade park but no lift comes it's a scam the guy on the phone asks to do a credit check on the phone who is an Asian guy from Birmingham and he fails you on the credit check and reads som t and c sorry we cant offer you the car go back to enjoy travel. I then asked him to read back the details entered he gives me the wrong licence digit and laughs when I say that is incorrect so basically a scam deliberately done I give him the letter he says that would fail also . You phoned enjoy travel they say put in a compalint. All money gone no refunds etc . Don't use any of these two car companies scammers . What goes around comes around

Poor experience

GreenMotion & U-Save are fraud companies

It is a fraud company. They have tie-up with Green Motion & U-Save which are fraud companies.
They will show a car rental which is much less as compare to the market. However after you handover the vehicle, you'll start getting invoices of penalty, admin charges (which are much more then panalty itself).
They will get digital certificates signed by you to cover their bit, and no body reads those fine lines and as a touriest, we are anyway in hurry to grab the car as soon as we land.
They dont have any customer care number which is active, phone is not getting picked up for last 2 weeks. Email response you'll get once in 2-3 days and that too incomplete or with English that only god can understand.
While handing over the vehicle, they will not explain you what will happen if you take vehicle to Toll-routes. You can't pay toll on your own and at the same time, they will not tell you proactively of any pending payments so that they can combine 60 pounds of admin charges with penalities. And not all PCNs will be combined together. They will charge you every week new one, also wont communicate if we can save some charges proactively.
Belive me and try their customer service number by your own- it doesn't gets answered. Must as an avoid for any touriest, from any part of the world.

DONT TOUCH

DONT TOUCH! These guys are a total scam. Not only did I not get my prepaid hire car in Gatwick, but they wouldn’t refund a penny when I arrived without a credit card. Lacked any understanding or empathy to rectify situation.

Very bad service

I am writing this to warn other travelers about the refund policy of Enjoy Travel. My car rental reservation was canceled by the local car rental provider, not by me. Despite the fact that the service was never provided and the cancellation was outside of my control, Enjoy Travel has refused to issue a refund for the amount paid.

I have attempted to resolve this through their customer service, but they have denied the request. It is highly unprofessional to retain payment for a canceled service. I strongly recommend using a different broker that honors standard refund practices when a reservation cannot be fulfilled by the provider.

Scammers

Bought and paid for full rental of a Rav 4 or similar 2.5 litre vehicle, paid for extra fully loaded insurance, all from Europa car in Cancun Mexico, they couldn’t supply me a RAV4 offered me a Dacia Duster 1.5? Told them I didn’t want a Dacia so they offered me an old Chrysler which I accepted! Brought car back with no damage at all! Which was all great! Signed off the charge for the fuel as expected! Got home and had been charged nearly £600 for extras I had no idea about charged to my credit card!
Absolute scammers
