Had to make 2 bookings
Had to make 2 bookings, as on-screen it said 5-door, and when I did the final booking, it was for a 3-door, which wasn't good for me, as I was booking for elderly parents I needed to drive around. Hopefully, they will do the right thing and cancel the first booking and issue a refund. We will wait and see.

Easy to book, impossible to cancel
I don't see my reservation in my account. When I try to link it, it says it's done but it isn't. I need to cancel but the chatbot has now told me that I need to contact support via email.
