Ennead Health is a health and wellness coaching practice for adults 55 and over. I run it. I'm Coach D, David A. N. Duncan, MSc, CPHC, a certified professional health coach. I built it after losing my own walking and earning it back one short walk at a time. The method is called The Keep Moving Method™, M3 for short: Meals, Movement, Mindfulness. All three, every week, for 90 days. You get a weekly video call with me, a members portal with your own tracker and guides, and a plan you keep once the calls stop. Two practices run on it. The walking program is built so adults 55+ can complete a 30-minute walk in 90 days without pushing through pain. The essential tremor program is for people living with tremor after deep brain stimulation. Twelve weeks, nine steps, the same three M's. Clients come wanting to eat out with friends again and to walk into their next appointment holding their own questions. Beside the program sits a public research library on essential tremor, open to anyone: papers read one at a time, each with what it found, what it does not show, and why it is there. A guide on the site answers questions from those papers and from nothing else. You will not get a diet from me, or a cure, or a promise about your tremor. What a result means, whether a medication changes, what a device setting should be, those questions belong to your doctors. I help you build the page you take into the room. The answers are theirs. Every client scores five goals in their own words on the first call and again on the last, same scale. That board is the only thing I measure.
