I ordered my favorite pistachio pesto. However, my order got stuck on the road (by Italian Post) - before I knew it, Enoteca II Barocco team tracked/followed up on the package. The team also sent over replacement when it was apparent the package was stuck. I was quite surprised by how they handled this so quickly and professionally.

Despite me changing the delivery to 22/7/21 UPS left it unattended at 17.30 on 21/7. May be you should take it up with them. Otherwise your service was excellent and I will be happy to recommend you to my friends.

Quality wines & excellent customer service
Great collection of Sicilian wines and excellent customer service. The products are of high quality. Manolo (the owner) is also a great advisor! The items were also well packed and the delivery to Germany was fast! Grazie mille :)
