Thank you for your feedback Didier.
We are sorry to learn that the delivery time did not meet your expectations.
According to the tracking information, your order was delivered in 4 business days from Italy to France. On our website we clearly indicate an estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days for international shipments, so the delivery fell within the expected timeframe.
We also dispatched your order with the very first courier collection available after it was placed. The only slight delay was caused by local delivery restrictions in your area, which unfortunately were beyond our control.
We always do our best to prepare every order promptly and to provide the highest level of customer service before, during and after delivery. We hope you will enjoy the products you received, and we would be delighted to serve you again in the future.
Best regards
Serena
