We purchased a laser from the team and I have to say the experience has been fantastic from start to finish.

I purchased a laser from Companion Health in 2018 to expand my dog grooming and canine therapy business. As the owner of a small business this was a significant investment, but Georgina and her team were there to guide and support me every step of the way.

Georgina’s product and technical knowledge is second to none. She has a wealth of expertise at her fingertips and she provided all the practical information I needed to understand the full capabilities of the laser as well as scientific research to back the medical technology.

Laser training and ongoing support was provided for all our users (by the brilliant Emily !)

After-sales support from Georgina is excellent. She is 100% committed to looking after her customers and her help and advice has been invaluable. She is down-to-earth, responsive, pragmatic and easy to talk to. Quite simply, Georgina is a genuine pleasure to deal with.

Overall, a great service and a great product ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This company charged $335 for a medical boot which is listed in their website for $50. What kind of company is it?

Thank you to Craig who has been awesome in providing us with an RPW 2 Unit which has been one of the best additions for our physiotherapy clinic. The ongoing support and effcieny in better than expected. We even use Enovis for bracing which has been another great addition

I have been really impressed with the sales and support teams at Enovis. The mobile Chattanooga Shockwave machine has been perfect for what we need in clinic and the after sales support which has included face-to-face training and a computer based training package has been excellent.

I am a RVN and began using a Companion laser machine in practice about 8 years ago. I then purchased a Companion CTX 15 in 2020 and set up my own laser therapy business supporting local vet practices, offering home visits and treating from home.
After taking further qualifications I now offer laser therapy treatment for people as well. I'm amazed how many animals and their owners I treat together! I have a very varied and interesting case load from canine post op rehab, human sports injuries and equine tendon cases.
Under the guidance and expertise from the Enovis team I upgraded my machine 18 months ago.
Georgina and the team have been very supportive in my journey providing technical knowledge and training as well as on-going help when needed.

We have received fantastic expertise from our initial encounter with Enovis and continued support even after we purchased the equipment. I would fully recommend Enovis as a company. Every single person I have dealt with at the company has been great with communication, advice, support from every aspect. Any technical questions, clinical advice to financial help has all been met with enthusiasm and professionalism.

We had a couple of lasers from Companion Animal Health and were very impressed with the level of customer care especially with training staff post purchase. We found that laser therapy was such a useful adjunct to our daily life as a vet ...acute injuries , wound healing through to westie lung therapy . and having all the staff trained meant that it would be used and not just sit in a cupboard. We offer one off treatments as an add onto consult & sell as a package eg ..6 treatments for £165.00 for things like post op orthopaedics and OA. This is excellent at bonding clients especially with such an effective treatment. Laser therapy also started us down the Rehabilitation Road & has such the practice now boasts two vet physios. I have a very enthusisiatic Irish water spaniel who after a gundog water retrieve day had limber tail ..I was most impressed with the improvement just after one treatement with the Companion laser !! I first bought (2) lasers in 2015. It was the best decision I ever made, not just for my business, but also for patient outcomes. Since selling my veterinary practice I have encouraged two other independent practices I have worked in to introduce laser. In all cases they paid for themselves in 6-12 months and are used most days. I even have my own Companion Laser as I have a small animal sanctuary with elderly sheep and goats that benefit, not to mention friends and family!
I’ve known Georgina a decade now and she is the best in the business. Her customer service is second to none. Companion are also very supportive with education and in the rare event of a repair they can provide you with a loaner unit, meaning patients don’t go without and your business keeps functioning.

I've been using a Class 4 Companion laser for over 10years now. I'm a Registered Vet Nurse and Vet Physiotherapist.
I work in a Vet Practice and also have my own Physio business providing a mobile laser service for Horses, Dogs and Cats. I've been known to treat the odd farm animal and exotic too!
I mainly use the laser for mobility conditions and would healing. I couldn't do my job without my laser.

Have recently just purchased a CTX 15 laser for my practice and am thrilled with it, very impressed with the technology which is very specific and a great piece of kit.
The team I have spoken to and met , Georgina, Toby for training and demo and Emily’s help for questions has been outstanding and helpful all the way.
I have seen improvement in the treatments I have done already and am impressed so far .

I recently bought the CTX 15 laser and had an excellent experience from my first enquiry. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. Georgina, the sales manager, and Toby, who provided training, were both very supportive.
The laser is easy to use with versatile treatment heads that give you the best option for the condition you are treating, and I’ve noticed significant improvements in my patients and their owners have been impressed (which is a win win situation!)
Follow-up support from Emily (the vet), Brian (tech), and Georgina has been prompt and helpful. I would definitely urge anyone ‘sitting on the fence’ like I was to contact them, you will not feel pressured, and I can genuinely say I couldn’t fault the experience.

I currently own three Companion lasers, including the CTX Mid and CTX IQ, and I can confidently say they have been a game changer for my practice. Friendly professional staff and a great product. The Stance Analyser is a useful bit of kit in our clinic. I do think a bag should be included as part of the price though.
