Was entered into a subscription I didn’t want and was charged £42 every 14 days and I don’t even know what for

They charged me before sending the item with no confirmation of charge or shipping. It was delayed so long I asked them to cancel - no response. 3 emails and a phone call (the number on the site takes you to another random business) and I'm still waiting on a refund. Will be contesting the charge on my CC

The wrong item was sent to the wrong address

This company has made false claims on their website about their shipping process and they do not respond to email. The phone number on their site directs you to a random individual not affiliated with them. After no shipping confirmation from them after a week but a charge on my credit card the day after placing the order, I reached out to request an update. After no response days later, I reached out to ask them to cancel the order and refund my card - again, no response. The three weeks after the placement of my order and still no reply to my messages, they send me a shipping confirmation email. I will be returning the item if it ever arrives and demanding a refund though I imagine I will have to contest the charge through my bank. This company should not be allowed to conduct business in this manner.

I love my phone case. They are user friendly and very durable.

You acknowledged my order then shipped it a week plus late. When I contacted your customer service they ignored my inquiry about my order. I like the product but if you don’t care about customers, sell the business to someone who will.

Why a bad rating?
Three days before you shipped the case I sent an Email saying NOT to send it as I had lost that 12 Pro Max Phone and bought a new 14 Pro Max phone and would have to get another case. Instead, three days later you shipped the case but when I finally got it I refused delivery and sent it back. That was on 8/8/23.
I have gone to your site and every time I try to enter the Refund Page it gives an Error Page and says it's not available.
Also... When I call the phone number you show it goes to an entirely different business.
You received my refused return on 8/11/23 at 10:36AM.
All I want is a refund for the case I never opened and sent right back to you.
My order number was #4019.
Please refund my $34.95 as soon as possible, as I told you not to send it and you sent it anyway.

Very nice case but it was not MagSafe which I needed. Tried to return it and there were no refunds - only in store credit which I did not want and the company would be holding my money for a length of time I did not see reasonable. I had not used the case after I saw it was not MagSafe. Unfortunately, I did not realize that until I received. Will not order from these people again. I kept the case since I refuse to return it as an in store credit.

Magnet is insufficient to hold the phone in place. Tried numerous times to contact customer Serv ….. no response.
Too bad. It’s a wonderful product. My 3rd one.

What good is an expiring coupon, that could have brought down an over priced case.

Within two days - it saved my brand new phone when I dropped it on its corner in the parking lot. WHEW! I also love the fact that I can have the wallet feature but still have just the protective case when that's all I want. Great quality, handsome looks (even after the drop) and it seems like the leather will develop a nice patina with age. Thank you - worth every cent!

Unfortunately I was sent wrong phone case. I notified by email and left messages with no response of how to exchange or get refund.
For the price and money I lost. Wouldn’t trust.
The remaining one in my order is working great Just awful customer service.

I received the wallet case, but was very disappointed in the quality. When you put your phone and drivers license in it, the case will not stay closed as though it is missing a magnetic piece on the strap that holds it shut. I had a very similar case that I paid $20 for and had the same results. I certainly wouldn't spend money on one of these again.

Worst customer service. Bought 2 iPhone folios in November because they have a "no questions asked and money refund" policy. They were not what I wanted so I asked for credit. They offered store credit. I sent an email to let them know that I prefer regular credit. Sent 2 follow up emails, never heard back. Beware of this company!

Great wallet. Perfect blend of style of functionality. Allows my wife to carry ID/Credit cards, protects the phone and can easily pull the phone from the wallet via the magnetic holding mechanism. Highly recommended.

The case is beautiful but it did not fit my phone. Correct size ordered. Credit has been issued but no refund. I’ll never buy from this company again.
