Don't use this company
Don't use this company, they deleted all my data causing a great deal of trouble for me. They said they sent an email but it must have gone to junk, and they didn't have an answer or confirmation from me, but they still went ahead and deleted it. Shocking

Thank you for your comments. During your year long subscription with us we communicated with you several times by email. We did this via our secure ticketing platform using the same email address to which we sent confirmation of your subscription cancellation, the archiving process and the deletion date, together with our recommendation that you download all data which you, HMRC, your Accountant and your Employees would require. You had previously responded to emails from our platform - sometimes within minutes - so there was no reason for us to think you had not received our notification. The notification advised that there would be no further notice given. We did not receive a bounce back or non-delivery notification. Your request was sent to us at 10.48pm on 03/06/2025 and we responded at 09:04am on 04/06/2025.

Highly recommended - first class service
I’ve recently started my own company and someone recommended EnrolPay to me as they use them too. I’m new at this and they’ve been great. I’m paying for the Assisted Service and this was a great choice. Support Team are thoroughly helpful and very very responsive. Have answered all questions and quickly guided me through the process. Would highly recommend.

Always Available When you Need Them
We have just started using EnrolPay and as with anything new there is an initial teething period. The ladies at EnrolPay have been very helpful indeed and the service is extremely prompt.

Beginner Business Payroll - excellent support & system
I have never done payroll before and with only two employees I thought it would be a walk in the park. A bit more complicated than I thought!
Although I chose the free option with no telephone support, the support I got from Janice via email was excellent. I would recommend this company highly for their patience and willingness to support a complete novice. Once I knew how to navigate the system, it is a very easy way to do payroll.

Enrolpay is just brilliant
I have been using free version of Enrolpay for a while now. The software works brilliantly and allows me to manage payroll for my small company with ease. The suppprt which Enrolpay provide is excellent. I would highly recommend using them.

Outstanding customer service
Honestly this is one of the best companies I've come across for customer service. Onboarding was a quick and painless experience, helped by Janice, who is very knowledgeable and answered all our queries. We're probably a super annoying customer as our pay runs had all sorts of quirks that had to be sorted out manually, and Janice dealt with everything really quickly, with patience and humour. I am employed as a personal assistant / carer, by Deb (a lady with physical disabilities). She signed up to use Enrolpays assisted services and I'm very glad she did. Apart from their excellent HMRC, pensions and payroll knowledge. A priority for Debs and I is the ability to communicate effectively and Enrolpay didn't disappoint.
