En route has the most stunning jewelry!!! I've ordered a couple times now and the shipping, packaging, and quality of the jewelry all feels so luxurious. They have really unique (not basic at all) designs

The color and quality of the jewelry is super good!
The designs are super chic and fashionable, applicable for any ocation: vacation, daily use or a night out.

The site is well organized and has a lot of beautiful jewelry, the earrings are light but don’t look cheap and the bracelet are sturdy❤️

I ordered 2 different products, one was these earrings and one droplet necklace. The 'silver' coating of the earrings were coming off and making my hand black when i touched it when I took them out of the package already for the first time. The droplet necklace on the otherhand, came completely broken. So I got into contact with customer service, they resent me the earring. That ended up coming in a dirty stained box and since the necklace was sold out they said that I would get automatic discount on my next purchase on the checkout. Which turns out not to be the case, there is no discount at all!
In short, do not trust this site, products are damaged, bad quality and they don't hold their promises. Such a waste of money :(

I love this company! I’ve been buying jewelry from them for about five to seven years and every piece is such high-quality. I’ve never had a piece of jewelry break and I’ve never had them turn me green. They ship so fast and in such adorable packaging. 10/10 will definitely buy again!

Wore the lily of the valley necklace and bracelet to a wedding and got so many compliments on it! Shipping was quick and their site is easy to use. Will order again for sure:)

Was abit skeptical at first after seeing mixed reviews online but saw an influencer with a really pretty necklace and I thought why not gave it a try and ordered 2 necklaces and a bracelet. They were bigger pieces than i thought and really pretty. I also keep getting compliments on them whenever i wore them out! Really happy with it! Will definitely go back to purchase more! Already eyeing a few pieces! ❤️

The jewelry is beautiful and I was so excited to wear it, but after a single day of wearing a bracelet, it broke and after five days of wearing a necklace that broke too the only piece that I have worn that has held up from them is a ring which that’s not saying much because that’s almost impossible to break overall I would say the quality is just not worth the price like yeah they look great but if I can’t wear them then it’s pointless

I ordered several pieces from En Route Jewelry and overall I really liked the designs. Everything looked like the photos on the website, which is always nice when ordering jewelry online.

My biggest issue has been the inconsistency in quality. The Whimsical Romance Stone Bracelet snapped after only two days, and the Waterdrop Necklace was frustrating because it kept tangling my hair. **The replacement necklace does it much less, but it still happens occasionally.

UPDATE:
Customer service reached out after I shared photos and videos and sent me a replacement package for both the bracelet and necklace, which I've now received. I'm happy with how they handled everything and I genuinely appreciated being taken seriously. It doesn't completely make up for the issues I had with the products, but good customer service means a lot and left me with a much better impression of the brand.

The quality of the items is really low. The jewellery tarnishes quickly and details literally fall off. I ordered 4 items from them and all of them have had pearls fall out and/or brass showing through the silver after only a few wears. They replaced them for me which was good but even with the replacements the same things happened very quickly. Details falling off & obvious tarnishing.
The price for the items is good but you can definitely see why they are priced so low.

As a sensitive skin girlie I really love the pieces from En Route. There’s no irritation and they don’t lose their colour! 10/10 would recommend !
