This is a fraudulent company who will steal your money and continually lie to you. They claim HMRC has lost the cheque on 4 separate occasions, each time stating another 18 weeks lead time before HMRC will reissue payment.

I am writing on behalf of my wife . This company is a complete scam. She has never signed anything to allow them to contact HMRC on her behalf.
Also once they have your tax refund you will have to fight tooth and nail to get any of this, months will go by before they will then take nearly ALL of you rebate in fees. I am talking about 3 Quarters of your refund in fees. Ours was £40 out of £122 over £80 in fees. Unbelievable. Just don't do it Scammers does not cover it, just read the reviews here and elsewhere.
