Lovely products at a great price. Only a £40 spend was needed to get free delivery. All that plus the option to pay in installments, interest free meant you got my custom! Plus the delivery was fast and you sent a lovely free biscuit! A happy customer 😊

Easy to order and great product
Easy to order and confirmation of order through very quickly. Selling a great product at a good price, however an update from the company on information of shipping and estimated date of delivery would have earned a 5-star rating, instead I had to contact the company when nothing had arrived after 7 days, an update to save this would have been good.

Extremely slow processing of order
I placed an order on 15th September for a digestive supplement for my horse. I am still waiting on arrival of my order (2nd October) Too long to wait when it states online 3-5 days with using royal mail. Very disappointed

I am sorry Susan but your supplement was sent over a week ago, I didn’t realise you were still waiting for it. Sadly all the Royal Mail Strikes haven’t helped my small business as the sorting offices have been closed for several days over this last few weeks. You should have received it by now so I will check the tracking, unfortunately it’s out of our control once it’s with the Royal Mail
